So we aren't ready for #2 just yet, but my husband and i have already narrowed down the names for our future children. Our DS is Locke Michael (both family names and he has the same initials as DH) . If we have another boy we have decided on Henderson "Henry" James (again, both family names).
Girls names are little bit more up in the air. My MIL is LeeAnna, my grandmothers are Anne and Jane, my mother is Lisa and my sister is Ashleigh.....so we really like the name Anna Jane, but have considered
Annalis (like Annaliese) (MIL and mom),
Annaleigh (MIL and sister) and
Annalisa (MIL and mom).
...pretty set on Jane as the middle name and no matter what the first name is out of the above choices we will probably call her 'Anna"....so do we just go with Anna, or try to incorporate more family names?
Re: Just for fun, girls names
If you like Annaliese, spell it that way to avoid confusion.
FYI, my name is Gianna, which is Jane in Italian. It means "Jane" and contains "Anna" (but it's pronounced either G-on-uh or John-uh) so I thought I'd mention it.

I would pronounce Annalis this way as well. I really dislike that spelling.
I love Annaliese though. It's actually DD's middle name.
