What is your favorite thing/thing you admire most about your DH/SO?
Mine is his sense of humor. It's weird, it's dry, but I totally love it. He always makes me smile and laugh. He said he wants our baby to have his sense of humor so there will be another person in this world who "gets him." I thought that was too cute! )
What about you?
Re: Tuesday Afternoon Poll-
I love that my husband is "a believer" and a true romantic. My husband truly believes in true love and although it took both of us a lot of heartache to find each other we finally did and its wonderful! Sorry so mushy but we just celebrated our 1st anniversary yesterday!
That's *too* cute. And it seems that true love is hard to find these days. So many people can't seem to stay in love. Happy Anniversary!
That's awesome. It would be great if your child gets a good mix.
My DH has actually had to teach me how to be more independent/decisive. I appreciate this about him, too.

The fact that he views and treats me as his equal in all things.
He's never treated me as inferior in any arena - intellectual, physical, etc. Even in competition (we used to fence competitively), he's never deliberately let me win or pulled shots. We're well matched in this regard, since he finds this aspect of my personality (my fierce independence and refusal to be treated as anything but his equal) rather sexy.
There was a post wayyyyy back when the board started about what sweet things your DH has done for you since the BFP and someone said their DH had forbid them to mow the lawn. I remember thinking I'd have gone apeshit on my H if he'd even remotely pulled something like that.

My favorite thing is his patience & giving nature. This extends from the way he treats me, his family, even strangers. He works with troubled kids & the amount of heart he puts into it - going above & beyond to help these kids is truly admirable. I always say that I could never do his job.
He stops by my work when he's in the area & brings dunkin donuts for my whole office. He holds doors for people, gets things off shelves for old people in the grocery store. He comes home with treats for me "just because". He's amazing.
I love so much about my husband I would say what I love the most is his heart and faith. He is the most gentle, kind (yet manly man) I have ever met. I feel so guilty sometimes because he is so patient, then I realize I've been the tyrant
He's the bestest!!
Funny! I just had this conversation with DH last night!
I love his sense of humor. Never has anyone brought me so much joy and laughter in my life.
But what I love most of all is his big heart!
Last night as I was preparing for bed, I asked him if my pregnancy was starting to show in my face. And he was like, "What do you mean?"
I told him I swore my nose was getting wider and he just laughed and told me, "I fall in love with you all over again every day ... so to me, you never look different. You're always the most beautiful woman in the world."
I melted!!!
Our beautiful baby boy!!!
Trust in the Invisible ... and expect the INCREDIBLE!!!
This post has be bawling! Ah! I swear that it's not hormones though -- I've cried many times (tears of happiness) because I have been so fortunate to end up with such an amazing DH.
I love that my DH has a heart of gold - corny, maybe, but I mean it. He brings out the best in me and loves me unconditionally. He understands me better than anyone has ever understood me. I used to pray every night for a man half as good as the one I ended up with - I am so blessed.
