I'm 5 weeks along with our first. Not many symptoms so far although the fatigue seems to be setting in. Just wanted to see who else is out there that might be making this journey with me...

I am 5 weeks pregnant as well, or so the doc says. Not feeling much either except for being tired and hungry all the time. Very weird
I'm 5 weeks also, still doing some testing of blood to watch my HCG increase. I had an ultrasound already because my periods are so irregular that it was hard to say how far I was. It's weird that waht we see on the screen now will change so much in the next few weeks. now it's just a sak and yolk. I'm having some symptoms: tender breasts, emotional, peeing a ton!, mild crampiness, and tired in the afternoon.

I'm also 5 weeks! No symptoms besides feeling tired and sore boobs(not all the time) but lately Ive been feeling scared of having a miscarriage

I feel the same. I feel really worried all the time about it. I think if you want something so bad sometimes you can't help but feel scared of loosing it. Let's just try and focus on how wonderful it will be once we see our babies
Me too! I'm super exhausted all the time, but I can't sleep all night and wake up too early. The other symptom is my bloating, constipation, etc. Those = major discomfort! And also i'm peeing a lot. Oh, and cramping, which I was a little concerned about.

I am five weeks tomorrow.. But nobody was really on the 4 weekers... So hope you all dont mind that Im off one day..
I feel tired.. Sleep like a baby. Not really hungry all the time.. but when I do get hungry I need something NOW! head aches.. But I know it becasue I need to drink more water while at work.

I just found out yesterday that we are pregnant. A little over 5 weeks now. It is a complete surprise and I am still in shock at this point. I too am worried about miscarriage, but I think that is a concern for all at this point! My breasts are super sore and I have had some light cramping. I think the fatigue is hitting me hard, especially because I cut out my coffee
Congratulations to all and I am happy we can go through this together, I for sure am going to need all the support I can get!

I just found on on April Fools Day haha. No one believed us at first. I went off of birth control in October last year, and I've been keeping track of my periods so I think I'm 5.5 weeks or just going on 6. I was so shocked to find out I was pregnant this month as we didn't exactly try very hard haha.
We are so excited though. I am also terrified about bad things happening early in the first trimester, but I've always been a worst-case-scenario person.
It still doesn't feel real. This is my first pregnancy.

I hit the 5 week mark on Wednesday the 4th. This is my first child. I took two different pregnancy test on March 31st and both came out positive. I took another on that Sunday at my boyfriend's house and yep, that was positive as well. I have been going back and forth between joy and worry b/c this is something very new!
I have not had the sore breast/tender nipples but the fatigue and sleepiness are kicking my butt! I have had bouts of nausea but no vomiting. Slight cramps but I think that is only because I may have a bout of constipation...
My doctors appointment is April 17 and I will a day before the 7 week mark.
I will be 5 weeks on Wednesday. Due date is Dec. 12th. Nobody was in the 4 week blog so hope its ok to join this one. I'm always sleepy, and way more paranoid and emotional. this is my second pregnancy. My son is 3 years old. Headaches just started today. No nausea or morning sickness yet. Hopefully it never comes! Nice to meet everyone!
Wow, I'm so happy to see so many people who all got pregnant around the same time I did!
It's nice to know others feel the same way... I've hardly had any symptoms other than tender breasts and fatigue occasionally. Today however, I think my hormones are out of whack because I feel like I'm in a real funk today.
My first dr appt isn't until 4/30 and it is like torture waiting for it! My first ultrasound won't be until May 16, which ironically is my 3rd wedding anniversary
It's so hard to keep it a secret... and I worry about miscarriage a lot too.
Hope you guys have a good week... We're almost 6 week-ers.

I totally agree that it is torture to wait for your first appointment. Mine is scheduled for April 24th. I really hope that they do not make me wait until May for an ultrasound but I have a feeling that they will. I guess my biggest fear is that I have an ectopic pregnancy or something isn't right or normal. I don't know. I have all of the symptoms mentioned by others except nausea at this point. I actually feel pretty great. The hardest part about all of this is waiting...waiting... and waiting some more. I wish I was 12 weeks already so that I can tell everyone. Oh My.
symptoms so far: major breast tenderness, mood swings/aggitation, tiredness/not sleeping well @ night, slight cramping.
Can't wait for my belly to begin growing

The OB originally thought that I was 8 weeks, so they did a transvaginal ultrasound last week. Just got the results and they could not see anything. Best case scenario- I only about 5 weeks and the baby is too small to pick up on the ultrasound.
Have to get everything done again (ultrasound, bloodwork) HcG levels are normal, but they have to test those again as well :-( I've heard horror stories, so this is a very scary time...just wondering if anyone else has had to go through this...?

Hi its me again. I am growing a little concerned. I don't have very much morning sickness at all, just sore breast. I have felt naseated once or twice, but thats it. Can anyone relate? Should I be concerned??

5w3d...just found out yesterday! I didn't really think I had any symptoms, other than a late period, but realized I've been pretty tired and have had a few random episodes of nausea the past few days that only last a few minutes. Had some mild cramps and sore breasts that started yesterday. Still very nervous that something will go wrong...my appointment isn't until my 8th week. Looking forward to our Christmas baby!
I'm 5 weeks today too! I'm super tired today and having terrible bloating. I'm actually thinking about buying maternity pants because it's so uncomfortable! I'm kinda confused about the Knot website. On the homepage, it says to enter your dates to get your timeline but when I enter stuff nothing changes or it takes me to the 5 week page and then doesn't seem to save it. Anyone know how to make it personalized? For some reason I had the impression that's what it does. Or does it just take you to your weekly symptom page every time you click on the week you're on? I hope I figured out how to do a ticker! We'll see when I post...

I'm 5 weeks also and this is our first child. I so excited and feel so blessed. But I can truly do without these headaces, every morning when i wake up. I haven't been sick but twice but these headaches are killing me. All I do is sleep and crave boiled peanuts, lol! I feel like a blood hound they way I pick of the scents of things but I would not trade this in for anything in the world. Thank You God, my husband and I are truly blessed! i pray everyone has healthy abd beautiful kids and God bless you all!
