@seethosestars for now the RE recommended a daily vitin high in Vitamin C & A and trace minerals (magnesium, zinc, selenium, etc) and also antioxidants - especially Vitamin E & CoQ10. Plus some diet changes or recommendations. We kind of follow those anyway, but are paying special attention to it now - lots of leafy greens and vegetaes, reducing refined sugar, lots of healthy fats. She said the urologist might have more recommendations or more specifics when DH sees him, but I guess the above are the most common modifications he recommends.
