I use a bread machine. If I were to get a new one, I would want one that bakes the bread horizontally (like a normal, storebought loaf) rather than my vertical kind.

Just seeing this @AlinnJo thanks!  I didn't get their illness - I went to a Take Care Clinic Thursday night and had a strep test done and checked out, phew.  However, today,DS came home with a sore throat AGAIN.  We have decided that we need to have his tonsils removed for sure.   I'm going to try to schedule it over his Christmas break.  It will suck but be better than strep/sore throats every other week.
