DH was able to install the floors in about half the area we're doing this weekend! This isn't the nursery, it's the master, but I had to show off the amazing work my DH did all by himself.
I can play now that we have the crib assembled & everything crammed into the closet lol
The glider will go in the corner where the PNP is currently. Just waiting on that & the mobile
Can you tell that our pets think we've built them a play room?
I love this room!!, with the green and the white trees. I wanted to do this exactly, but my H thinks I have too many pictures/ paintings of trees in the house already to do that for the theme, which is true... I love trees. Yours is adorable.
We are doing an adventure/ travel theme, with a map above the crib and such. Still waiting on furniture to come in and to finish the walls. This is it so far....
*Edited: Nevermind, can't get the picture to post. Keeps coming up as a hyperlink
Agh! We just got home from vacay, and it looks like everyone got a lot done while we were being lazy! I am way behind... Still waiting on nursery furniture to come in, and we won't be painting since we will be moving shortly after she is born.
We did a lot this weekend before my husband starts his new job and won't have weekends free! Only things left are getting the mint curtains and mint lamp, and decorate the shelves. We're team green so I just wanted to room to feel refreshing.
The nurseries look great! I'm the category of nursery disaster. We finally removed all of the wallpaper-it took a month. We have tto he replace the baseboards, fix the drywall and then we can start painting. Good news is that we have the paint, nursery furniture and recliner. Once the room is painted and ready, it should be relatively easy to set-up.
These are so adorable! I've shared what we've had done before because we got it done early due to pregnancy scares, but now I feel left out of this thread
Our "nursery" is just a corner of our bedroom until we move on August 26, but I was SO excited about our crib delivery today that I had to share. So without any further ado, here is Baby's "corner"
I have made no progress on a nursery so nothing to share
Honestly, I probably won't even bother until LO is a couple months old since she'll probably just sleep in my room in a bassinet until then. Then she'll move into her sister's room. Probably won't redecorate (it's a jungle theme), but do need to get a new crib since DD#2 broke hers!
I love all these! Everyone is so creative and finding such cute ways to decorate!
Here's our nursery so far. We are team green, as is evident by the color of the walls The little rocker next to the crib will eventually be in our room. I have yet to get the decals on the walls, and I'm still looking for a good lamp and clock to finish the room up!
We have a few things left to get. Plus we need to move the changing table pad and rocker from DS1's room & get a bookshelf but we are pretty much done.
I finally have something to share! We did it this weekend and I am so happy with the results. Still have a few things left to hang up, but for the most part, it's done!
Well I'm late to the party but I'm finally feeling excited and motivated to do LO nursery. We've had her crib built and set up for awhile but now I actually have a theme to decorate it! We've decided (ok Well I) it is going to be mickey and minnie mouse theme! No pics right now but I had to say it and will add some pics later. I found an adorable mickey and Pluto mobile and her sheets are minnie mouse right now.
I finally got brave and hung up the alphabet letters my friends painted for me. I was pretty nervous about getting them hung up straight and stuff. Used stacked boxes and think I got them pretty even. Feels good to have that done. I also finished the curtains about 2 weeks ago and got them hung up. We just need to put 2 shelves up ( on either side of the window), set up the "surveillance system" (what my husband calls the monitor), and wash the linens / clothes. I'll share whole room pictures when were done.
@dogperson11 how did you hang them? I have wooden letters of baby girls name and trying to figure out how to get them on the wall. Alphabet looks great!

I used Command 3M removable hanging strips. They were too wide so I cut them in half since the letters were really light. We use the command wall strips to hang EVERYTHING in our house. I'm weird about holes in walls...
Re: Wanna make a nursery progress picture post?? I do...
With a special appearance from the cat! (He likes to come in when I open the room since we’ve been keeping it closed off to him.)
