Baby waking up with back soaked??

My baby has been waking up with his outfits soaked ( the back of the footie outfits) I’ve gone through 3 outfits tonight , had to change his bassinet sheet too, not sure what could be causing this? He’s using swaddlers pampers diapers. I don’t think he’s peeing outside his diaper ? Anyone know what this could be from ? He’ll be 2 weeks old this Saturday . Thanks !
