Mono mono twins
Hi everyone!
I had my very first vaginal u/s today and the nurse said she believed she saw two heartbeats ... I saw them too. Clear as day— two flickers. Can’t believe it. We have a high risk u/s Thursday to determine if we were seeing things or not.
But anyway... I was researching and based on the fact that both heartbeats look to be in the same amniotic sac, I feel like they’re mono mono. The babies were very smushed together and now I’m stressing myself out (prematurely I know!— I might not even be having twins). Just wondering if anyone with mono twins had a early u/s where the babies were very close together!
