yes, he does and it doesn't bother me at all. We wanted to get pregnant and I knew going into it that I wouldn't be able to drink until a while after the baby comes, small price to pay... I don't even miss it at all yet.

Yes and sometimes her needs it when he has to deal with my horrendous crying spells. I would never begrudge him his nightly cocktail. It wouldn't be fair.
He drinks. He has a few beers at home when he is watching a game (football or hockey) and very rarely goes out with the guys. It doesn't bother me at all.

My DH has never really been a big drinker, but he'll get a drink when we're out to dinner from time to time & have the occasional beer at home. I don't mind. I don't see any reason why he should have to avoid it altogether.
Yes, he still drinks, but it doesn't bother me at all. It would probably irritate me if he got completely sh*tfaced drunk, though. But, that irritated me before pregnancy, so it really wouldn't be that different.

DH has an occasional drink after work at the house.. it annoys me a little because depending on what he is drinking it makes me nauseous.. I tried to be nice about it at first but then when he went back for a second one I lost it and said "You've got to be kidding me!" LOL...soooo he hasnt had one since. Its not the drinking that bothers me, its me getting nauseous that does.
He hasn't been out with friends since we found out, but we have one of this best friends birthday coming up this weekend.. we will see how that goes.
I've just asked him to treat me the same way I treat him when he's on a diet. When he's dieting, I don't bake or buy his favorite junk foods, because I don't think it's very nice to tempt him with something he can't have. So, he tries not to buy foods I can't eat or drinks I can't drink. I don't care if he goes out with friends and has a drink, though. To tell him not to would be like him telling me I can't have dessert when I go out to dinner with a friend because he's dieting. That would be pretty unfair.
When we go out he does exaclty what he would have done before: order one or two drinks. It doesn't really bother me at all especially if we're with other friends. It's not like I would ask everyone around me to abstain just because I couldn't have a cocktail. If I was diabetic I wouldn't tell others they couldn't have their dessert while I was around. I usually just order a virgin drink.
DH isn't a big drinker so him giving it up with me is not a big deal. He probably prefers not to drink and now he has a good excuse in that he's keeping me company.
If it's an issue, you should talk to him. My former boss got into trouble when he got drunk when his wife was about a month away from her due date. She unloaded on him b/c her argument was, what if I went into labor and you were wasted? I never thought about it before but I can see where she was coming from. Needless to say, he didn't drink until after the baby was born.
My DH doesn't drink as often as before. He has stopped drinking when he is around me, but if we go out to dinner with my parents or have a birthday party or something, he has a drink or two.
Uhhhh, yes, he still drinks. He would think I was insane if I told him to stop drinking. Plus, getting pregnant was a decision we both made, and I knew what was ahead for me. It doesn't bother me at all that he still drinks...

DH still drinks. I haven't had more than 2 drinks since 2006. That wouldn't be very fair of me to cut him off. I don't like it all that much anyways.

He still drinks a little but barely at all. I just asked him to not drink too much since he can sometimes be a cocky jerk or do something stupid and I can't handle it right now like I could pre-pregnancy.
If he has a drink at home I just ask him to brush his teeth before kissing me. Jack Daniels really makes me want to barf!
He has had a few drinks, but he always asks me first if I'm ok with it. And I am: I agree that he shouldn't have to quit drinking too just b/c I'm PG. I do get a little jealous, b/c I miss my usual glass of wine in the evening, but that's not his fault.
He will have a couple beers on the weekend, usually. He doesn't go out, though.
He had a bottle of whiskey he got as a Christmas gift and was drinking that until it ran out (thank god!!), and the smell of that whiskey was HORRIBLE to me!
Oh heck yes! He considers himself a beer conissuer (sp?) and wouldn't even THINK about missing out on all the "awesome new winter brews out right now" (and yes, he said that the other night). I don't mind at all- he just drinks a beer when he gets home at night so it's no big deal.
HOWEVER, the other night, he left a half-empty beer on the bathroom counter (wtf?) and when I got up in the middle of the night to pee, I knocked it over, smelled the brew, and threw up everywhere. I promptly woke him up to clean it up. THAT I was not ok with.

Yes - he does. It's been a pretty intense time since we found out about the BFP (as we put our dog down last Friday) and he has been drinking a bit and I'm DD when we go out. I don't really mind, but when he starts to get a little sloppy I get kind of pissed off. I'm like, look, I don't miss the drinking, and I'm fine if you drink in front of me, but honestly? Not neccesary all the time. It's hard though, because we were pretty big drinkers before the BFP and I guess it was VERY easy for me to quit cold turkey... much harder for him...
Yes, I don't see why he can't have a cocktail...my only request was that he refrain from drinking any of our good Oregon Pinot until I'm able to partake...

He does still drink once in awhile. It doesn't bother me. I never was much of a drinker so hime drinking around me is fine. Athough we don't go out as much as we used to.

Yes he loves that I'm his built in DD..
I don't mind at all because the smell of alcohol makes me want to vomit.
He doesn't drink very much anyways...
he had a couple the other night and it did not bother me. I think it is going to bother me more when he eats nice ham sandwich lol
my sentiments EXACTLY . . .
