  i didn't.. but my bff did! She is about 12 weeks along, with her #2 IUI and low sperm count.

  Our 2nd IUI worked. We are strictly MFI. Low count (about 5 mil/mL), slightly low motility, ok morph though. We did B2B IUIs with counts of just 2.6 mil and 3.1 mil. But we did get pregnant on our own before and m/c, so we at least knew my DHs sperm was capable of fertilizing my egg. So sometimes it works. I think it's worth a shot. We were about to move onto IVF.

  Also my dx was diagnosed with varicoceles too.

  yes, but it was a chemical, but was told it was due to egg quality

  I did with low morph only (1% or less). It was our 2nd B2B IUI. We had gotten pg on our own, but m/c. I am now 30 weeks

  thanks everyone - I'm trying to give my friend some hope, she's having her first IUI next week. I think his count is 8 mill, but hte morph and motility were low, and they are pressuring her to do IVF, which isn't covered.
