How I curve my nausea....

I'm sure you've read it a billion times but don't really think about it.  What I've been doing (and it has worked WONDERS for my nausea) is eating.  Yes, eating.  Every 2 hours actually.  If I can eat a LITTLE something every 2 hours or so, my nausea goes away immediately.  Keep something in your stomach, but don't eat too much because if you are overly full, that nausea doesn't go away for a while!  I start feeling nauseated 2 hours after I've last eaten...I can seriously pinpoint exactly when I'll feel sick.

So basically, EAT!  Even though the last thing you feel like doing is eating, just do it.  (Don't get into the habit of eating a cookie every 2 hours either...lol.)

Okay, my FYI is over.
