  WOW! I am waiting on my envelope, I have 32 pieces. I hope mine is that much!! I doubt it though, most of mine are onesies.

  Funny you posted this today b/c I mailed out my Carter's bag today. I only found 12 items although I *know* there are lots more SOMEWHERE, I just can't recall where the heck DH put them (he wanted them out of our way until DC#2 was on his/her way... well, now WE can't find them LOL!). I shipped off 12 items. Yes, they do give full MSRP. It's very nice of Carter's to do this, I guess they owe it to our poor lil kiddos... DD had a terrible rash from the tags. Funny how I knew they were from the Carter's clothes which is why I switched to Gymboree, and hence the reason I didn't have nearly as many clothes to return as others did. Guess I figured it out pretty early on:) GL everyone!

  That's amazing!!  I probably had close to 30 items in the box that I sent in.  That included 8 pair of PJs which retail for $20 each.

  I have a quick question when you returned the clothes did you just return the ones with the full white tag or all your carters clothes?

  I only returned the clothes with the tags in question.  DD doesn't seem to have any trouble with the Carter's clothes she wears now.

  I know som ewere saying that you didnt need a receipt but do you??  Their site says you do (Once we receive that envelope or box back, together with the corresponding receipt, if available, we categorize and total the products, provide the information to accounting, and then send out the refund check.)

  "If available" meaning, not mandatory?

  No, you don't need a receipt.  I'm waiting on my check as well.  I sent back a TON of stuff.  I ended up needing 2 envelopes.

  You do NOT need a receipt.  I only included one receipt (I happened to purchase two undershirts with those tags right before I saw their web site and still had the receipt).
