Has anyone made beef stew but substituted chicken for beef? I love everything about beef stew but the beef. I am going to try it tomorrow, hopefully it isn't to gross!
Do you make brown stew or red stew? I haven't made it with my red (tomato based) stew, but I've done chicken, chicken gravy, veggies and potatoes. I usually serve it over biscuits so it's more chicken and biscuits. Not sure I would use brown gravy with chicken... Good luck. Let me know how it comes out.
