Ugh. I keep having a lot of leaking. I think I have it in right, but I have to wear a panty liner (or a pad) b/c of the leaking. And the first few days it's so heavy (which is where we're at now), so it's a mess.
I want to love it and I think I will if I can figure the stupid thing out. Do you think it's just not popping open all the way? I can't really get it to "spin" even when I think it's in right.

There is. We'll all get it eventually.
Do you run your finger along the perimiter of the cup when you get it in to see if you can feel part of it caved in? That's what I've been doing and the first few times I insert it and think it's all good, I can always feel a side caved in that hasn't popped open. Then I have to mess around with it awhile and eventually I don't feel that anymore and it usually spins at that point so I'm thinking that's the best way to tell if it's popped open all the way.
