Work Out Videos

Other than 30 day shred, can anyone reccomend work out videos that they enjoy doing?  I have the 30 day shred, just getting tired of it, looking for other videos to change it up.  TIA

  • Other than the 30DS I don't know of any, but OnDemand on Comcast has a TON of workout videos and all different types too..I've done a few of them before and they're pretty good

  • I love Pilates- all types! There's so many and they are almost all based around the same basic moves, but with their own additions so they are all fun to do!

    They really really tighten your abs (the whole "thing" of Pilates is using your core muscles, so helps with abs and back muscles!) and every DVD I've tried shows some kind of modified move if you aren't able to complete the full move at first. I love how tight and toned they make you- I got amazing results doing them for about 50 days straight right before my wedding (I added 30 mins elliptical with it to lose weight too, but the Pilates really pulled in my gut and I could definitely see a difference in my thighs)
