  Well you can't really "feel" blood pressure. The only way to know is to have it tested.

  Actually - I can feel it in my neck and shoulders. It's a tension/tightness feeling.

  HBP usually presents with no symptoms at all.  And that's the biggest reason people give for not taking their meds ("I feel fine") - well, you're not fine!
