Have you noticed??

I might be completely off here, but has anyone noticed a relation to their baby?s movements while still pregnant and their demeanor after they?re born? My last 2 ultrasounds the baby was moving but barely. I?m sure s/he will start to move more, but a friend who?s just a few weeks ahead of me said her baby does summersaults every ultrasound and is constantly moving! Think that, in any way, will give me an indication of how the baby will be after birth? Like since my baby hardly moves (and if it stays that way) maybe s/he?ll be more mellow and my friend?s baby will be more active? Just a thought?

    i thought the same thing while pg and wondered what DC would be like.  well, DD didn't move much when in my belly, but was very alert and active once born and still is.

    For me, DS didn't kick and move around a lot.  But now that he is here he is almost never still....his arms and legs are always moving.  So, no real correlation for me.

    My son was very calm when I was PG. Now he never stays still. he has to at least be moving a foot or something.

    hmm... Baby J was ALWAYS active and in real life he HATES to be tied down! No swaddling, no car seat... he just wants to be free and move

    My DD moved around like crazy in my belly and everyone swore to me that she would be a very mellow child...........not even the least bit true! ?DD has a nice healthy dose of colic and cries like a champ!

    My baby was super active in utero. She's pretty mellow right now, hardly fusses at all, easy to put down in her bassinet... not sure if that'll change as she gets older...
