Trying to find a specific nipple....

Hello Ladies. I haven't posted here before but found a lot of helpful information on these boards while I was pregnant so I thought I would turn to you now... My 3 month old DD will not take a bottle. She did at first and then I went a couple weeks without giving her a bottle (without realizing what might happen).

Now we are trying to work with her to get her to take a bottle so that my husband can help with feedings. We have tried pretty much every nipple but there is one type that my MIL suggested that I think was used more when I was a kid. I believe it was used with the baggies. It is a brown nipple that is flat on the top. Do you know what I am referring to and where I might be able to find them?

I haven't heard of those. I wonder what bottle those go with?

I think I know the one you're talking about; it's a Playtex nipple that fit with the Drop-Ins before they were called Drop-Ins. ?I have seen them at the BRU by me.

To me it sounds like you are talking about the Playtex Drop Ins nipples.

If that doesnt work, try the Avent 4 oz. bottles. My DS likes the nipples on those a lot. He will drink from bottle or breast, doesnt matter to him!

You ladies are correct. I'm prettysure they are the playtex drop ins but I those aren't the exact ones - they may be discontinued. I haven't tried these playtex ones though so maybe I'll give those a shot.
