anyone have the link to the salmon post yesterday?

My friend caught some salmon this summer and just gave me some. Nothing like alaska salmon!!

anyway, I need to know how to cook in the oven as it obviously too cold to grill tonight.

I think there was a link yesterday about how to cook it...? anyone have that or can give me some tips?

  • butter, season salt, garlic/onion powder, pepper, maybe some lemon, wrap in little tin foil packets, cook at 350 for 25 mins :)

Make sure you don't wrap the salmon tightly. I also like to throw frozen stir fry in with it and olive oil instead of butter.

  • ??DH makes this all the time. ?so good ! ?Instead of using a cedar plank. just stick on a cookie sheet.

  • If you google "pouch cooking" that's what it is. Alton Brown did a whole show on it. Its called en paplon or something in French.
