Husband is working in Baltimore-Vent about moms

He delivers gas from like an 18 wheeler gas truck. Its like 19 degrees out and this lady is walking her dog (her dog who apparently has some sort of little doggie coat on) and has her infant in her arms. No jacket wrapped in a blanket with its bare hands and feet hanging out. He said shes walking the dog in circles and has been out there for 20 minutes. So after 10 minutes he called the police. Its so cold out he is worried about the health of the baby. Well the police said its not a police matter and he should basically mind h is own business. So he wrote down the house number and said maybe he should call CPS.

    oh my gosh i feel so sorry for that infant! how can she make sure she puts a coat on her dog but not her kid! people are crazy. i can't believe the police told him to mind his own business and didn't even refer him to cps. sounds like someone just didn't want to do their job.

    I live in Baltimore and half the people here have their dogs in coats.  They look pretty silly.  I can't believe the dog was dressed warmer than baby.  I don't even like taking my baby out when it is this cold!

    I would call. and I would call the police dept and ask for the watch captain (i think that's what they call supervisors? i could be wrong) and complain about the response. that's ridiculous, they never should have just brushed him off like that.
