Stupid Craigslist Lady! Uhhhhhhhhh
So this lady had Nutramigen for sale on craigslist in my area and it was the sample size that they don't sell in stores. I know this because my pedi gave me one can and told me that you can't buy that size. The girl told me that she worked in a doctors office which probably means she was stealing the formula samples to make a profit online. Despite how horrible I felt about this I still offered her $5 under what she was asking...I mean it is craigslist you should expect to negotiate. Her price didn't say firm on it and it did say OBO (or best offer). She told me that she needed to get rid of it and didn't have anyone else interested. Today she calls me when she is suppose to be on her way to drop it off and tells me that she changed her mind because she wanted the extra $5 and if I wouldn't pay it then she would just hold out. Uhhhhh I am so angry! My son is sick at home and I came to work today just to meet up with her and then she backs out on me for $5. I felt like saying something to her about how I knew they were free in the first place and how she shouldn't be selling them or let alone be greedy. I just politely said good luck. She got angry and told me that I should pay her the extra $5 because of the economy...lady you should know that because of the economy people are going to want to negotiate prices especially on places like craigslist. Stupid lady, she shouldn't be stealing from her work anyway! Sorry for the vent!

Oooooh boy would that piss me off. I hunt for Nutramigen on Craig's List as well and I actually got some for FREE last weekend... so to be a b*tch to you for $5 is ridiculous. People are so selfish...
...and she is clearly stealing for her office. I would've said something. If she e-mails you back and tries to sell it to you again, I'd buy it (if it's cheap) and then tell her like it is.
