Do Your Kegels! During pregnancy, the growing uterus places pressure on the bladder, making it easy to leak. To help prevent these leaks, you'll want to strengthen your pelvic floor by practicing Kegels. To find those muscles, simple tighten the muscles of the vagina as if trying to interrupt the flow of pee. To stop anal leakage, tighten those muscles as you would while preventing the escape of gas. Hold those muscles for a count of five, then release. The good news is that you can practice these anyway. The even better news is that practicing Kegels will help tighten your vagina after birth.
Thank you for this ray of sunshine that is this post. It made me laugh a lot. But at this point, I would like to be able to swallow my coke and be able to breathe again. Could you please make the words anal seepage, and kegels for your behind disappear from everyone's vocabulary for a moment?
I am laughing so hard that I had a contraction! If this sends me into labor I will forever remember that it all started with the phrase anal leekage. After being on the bump for this entire pregnancy I thought I had seen almost every question out there, but this is a new one.
never happened to me, but i read about it in a pregnancy mag. it gave tips on certain exercises to do to stop it. google it.
Do you mean like kegel exercises for your behind?
google, google, google .... no clue. it never happened to me, so i didn't go in depth on reading into this. i'm already nauseous and this is making it SO much worse.

Oh my, normally I don't there is anything that is tmi but this definitely falls into that category. And a little warning would have been nice.
Lesson learned for me: do not eat my afternoon snack of apples and peanut butter while on the bump. Yuck!
If this is really happening to you, I'm sorry. I don't know if it's normal but I know I don't have it. GL with that.
Dear God,

if it happens to me, i'm killing someone!!
I dont think it is the smartest idea to Google "anal seepage!" That could lead to some scary and very traumatizing results!
