3-4. 1 1/2+ years apart.
We'll be TTC this August for #2 when DS is 1. A few months before or after will be fine, too.
You should add a 3rd question, how many does DH want?
- I want three. We already have two and I want one more
- There are over 6 years between DS and DD. Ideally I'd like to get pg again in the fall, so the younger ones would be just under two years apart.
DH would like to have only one child. Since we already fell down on that, he thinks we're done at two
I think I want 2 or 3. We'll see once DS gets here. DH definitely wants to stop at 2.

Wanted them to be 3/4 years apart but DD is only 4 mths old and I just got a BFP. Maybe the third one will be further apart..

I'd like Colton to have just turned 4 when the new baby is here, so that would be 4 years apart, right? ?So anyway, our plan is to start TTC after Colton turns 3 this year.?

I would like the first 2 to be 2.5 - 3 years apart. if all goes well, I could see the last 2 being a little closer together.

We both want 3-4 kids. We also both want them close together b/c I am planning on staying home until the last one is in school. BUT that might all change after the first one comes along and we might have to space them out to get more sleep.

I'm torn between 1 or 2. For so many reasons, I'd love to have an only child. However, when I think about my siblings, it makes me want to have 2 so my children can have siblings. DH just wants 1, but could easily be persuaded to 2. He falls in love very easily
If we have 2, for their sake I'd say 2 years apart. My brother and sister are so close and I'm jealous! For my sake, I'd rather them be 3 years apart, LOL.

DH and I both want three. And if we could choose it would be boy, girl, boy.
I want them about two years apart but no more than four years apart. I want to have them close in age.
Before this pregnancy, we both said we wanted as many as we could afford up to 4, max. Each 2-3 years apart was our ideal time frame.?
Currently, I'm saying this will be the only one. The dr thinks there's a small chance (SMALL chance) there could be twins in there (And I know shes WRONG) so I told DH he better pray there are 2 babies, because at this point its the only way we're having more than one. But ask me again when I'm not in morning sickness HELL.

I think we're good with 1-2. Probably 2. No more than that though... we don't think there's a need to increase the population more than replacing ourselves. Growing up I always wanted to have 1 boy and 2 girls, but realizing how expensive kids are, 2 is definitely enough.
I go back and forth on this. No idea. However it works out is fine with us. Would be nice not to have to pay for college for both at the same time though!

We both want 2, possibly 3.
I'd like them to be 2 school grades apart. initially i thought we'd try for #2 when dd was 1, but that's already gotten pushed back to 1 1/2 and maybe even further as i get less and less sleep!
Well, we always said, "4 by 40." But getting pg and staying pg was a lot more difficult than we anticipated so we are on track for 3 by 40. However, since DS has been so difficult, DH thinks we may want to limit it to two. I'm not ready to let #3 go...
As for question two: we naively said, "as close together as possible." However, knowing what a 17 month old is like and adding a newborn we are likely to wait longer if we have #3. Note: we are not on bc and getting pg could happen--not likely while I'm bf--but it could...
Right now I say I want 2 kids, but deep down there's a part of me that wants 3.

we have 3 and are debating a 4th - we pretty much change our minds daily. the adjustment from 2 to 3 was HUGE for us. we stay home more, divide up duties different. we went from man on man defense to zone defense. adding a 4th wouldn't change that much for us in that regard. we'd love for taryn to have a sister....but....
i love the 8 years between ty and taryn. there are 2.5 between teagan and taryn and i wish it would have been either 2 or 3 - not 2.5

I wanted 3 but after the way this PG has gone so far I'm done after this one. DH has always said he just wanted 2 so he gets his wish.

I want one or two and DH wants two. He thinks that being an only child sucks. We would probably have them close together, like 2 or years apart, if that is in the cards.

I've always wanted two, but as I get older, I don't know if that's still in the cards. Let's say I'm really hoping for two.
If I was answering this question 5 years ago, I would've said 2 or 2.5 years apart. (Actually, I would've said "Kids? Yikes! Too soon! Too scary!") Now, I think I'd have them closer in age.
I've always wanted 3. I am an only child and I HATED IT, so we are definitly having 2.
My DS and this new baby will be 21 mo apart so we'll have to play it by ear for the 3rd.
DH is all for 3 but originally only wanted one... then we had our baby and he decided that we needed more.

lol! We both want 2. I'm not sure how far apart since I'm not very familiar w/ the challenges that occur with each stage. 1.5-2.5 years sounds good to me.
I always wanted 4...like since as far back as I can remember.
But, I also want to be done by age 35 and I got started later than I "planned". Squeezing 4 kids in in 5-6 years would be tough! Plus, I thought more about the logistics and you can easily fit 5 people in a sedan. Getting a table for 5 at a restaurant is easier than a table for 6. Stuff like that...
Sooooo...we will probably stop at 3. I think the only reason we might go for a 4th is if we get 3 girls. But that will be up to DH. I would be okay with all girls since I come from a 3-girl family.

We had always said 4 when we were dating, but now that the honeymoon phase is over (literally and figuratively), I think we will probably wind up having 2 or 3. DH is 10 years older than me, 42, and whereas he is young at heart, I think he wants to be able to "pick them up" a la Billy Crystal in When Harry Met Sally.... As for timing, we will probably start seriously trying again in a few months when DS gets closer to his 1st birthday.
