how many kids do you want to have?

Just curious-- how many kids would you like to have?

I'd love a big family-- maybe 7 kids, some bio, some adopted.

Dh and I always said we wanted 1 healthy babe. ::shrugs:: If we change our minds down the road we are open to that but 1 was what we always wanted.

I am thinking like 4. But it always depends on how good they are, how good my pregnancys are, and how many boys vs. girls. You are brave to have seven!

One -- and possibly adopt another later on. Over-population is an issue, and it's not like we live on farms anymore... so a small family is ideal for us.

I've always wanted a big family around 3 or 4 kids. DH was a package deal so I already have a SD. Only three more and that would be our max.

DH comes from a big family, so we said when we got married we wanted 6-7 kids. ?Financially, we are starting to rethink that decision because living in SoCal is really?expensive. ?I think we will take it one kid at a time- if this one is a girl I will be happy to be done. ?I am actually thinking about being a surrogate for some friends of ours who can't have their own and aren't?eligible?for adoption, so I can get my baby fix that way.

I would like 2 of my own and my husband wants 3. He has a son from a previous relationship so we agree at 2 of our own :-)

I would love to have at least 2 and maybe 3 if we feel up to it. If we have 3 I would like to get them all out by 35 which is reasonable considering I'm 27. It will probably depend on if we get one of each at first or if we get two of the same sex, then we might want to try one more time so we can have at least one of each. I would love to experience both!

DH would like only 1 (preferably a boy). He is an only child and loves it. I would like no more than 2. We will see after this one.We just have to wait and see.

I never promise anything beyond the baby I am currently pregnant with, but we always imagined having 3-4. If this one is a girl, I would think we are done. If it's another boy - we will see, we likely may still be done. But since this was a surprise BFP for me, we obviously are not so skilled at the family planning

Ideally 2, but I just want to get thru this pg with a healthy baby and then we'll see. I'll be 39 when I deliver this one so probably over 40 when I have the 2nd one, so it will depend if I can get pg again.

Well we would like to have at least 3-4, depending on finances later on we could possibly have more. DH comes from a very large family, I have 2 other siblings, and we both enjoy our family. Hopefully we continue to have good luck and have many babies

I just want to have this one first before we decide on having one more or not. DH has a 9 yr old son, who I adore and love being a stepmom to, so if we only have this one we would most likely feel like a very complete family.

So far we've always wanted 2, and we've also wanted to adopt. Good thing, because I've already decided I'm not going through another pregnancy! So our next one will be adopted.
