    I posted this below but I will repeat...

     

    I just took out all the elastic on some old FB's, and when I put new elastic in I did it like the OS's are. It worked great and it is really easy to change the fit, plus if the elastic dies again, you can just pull out the elastic and thread a new piece through.

    interesting. i wonder if the elastic pieces come all the way out and if you can buy replacement ones as the originals get stretched out.  i looked on their site and didn't see any.  what a good idea.
