just got back from the doctor's office and i'm so excited. last cycle (unmedicated), my follie just stopped growing at 14mm and my lining stopped growing at just 7mm.
for this cycle - on CD11, i had one large follie at 15mm and my lining was 8mm. today (CD14), my follie is 20x18 and my lining was 12.5mm! yay! looks like the femara worked
only thing is we had a change of plans. instead of triggering me, she is going to let my body O on its own. we BD this morning but DH is OOT now and won't be back until Thurs night. she said that this way, we can buy a little more time and hope that my body Os later so we can BD again on Thurs to possibly increase our odds of a BFP. i'm a little worried i won't O on my own w/o a trigger, and would feel slightly better if we triggered on Wed. but she said she would be shocked if i did not O with a follie that big, nice thick lining, and lots of good CM. so we'll see. maybe i can actually O on my own, but my follies just never got big enough to where i did. i'll be going in for a progesterone check next week. keep your fingers crossed for me

oh my gosh, that is great! I have my fingers AND toes crossed that this cycle ends in positive test for you
PS- thank you for your response to my earlier post. I was concerned about clomid thinning my lining(and it was thin to begin with) so if this cycle doesn't work for us I think I may look at Femara
Sounds great! GL!
Are you medicated this cycle?

yes, i took Femara on CD3-7 - i think it's the only reason why my follie actually grew this time!
