Coach K sent me a congrats on your baby card!

I'm a huge Duke/Coach K fan although I'm a UNC grad. So I was super excited to get his card in the mail. Sure, he doesn't know me but my wonderful friend Catlawdy sent him a card and asked him to sign it for me and he did.

Oh, I wish we had thought of that! The alumni association did send us a bib and a certificate though. And I took a picture of Kira sitting on Coach K's chair in Cameron in December; it's one of my favorites of her! Stick out tongue

Really, what a cool idea -- and K won't be around forever, so one day it'll be even more historic and special.

And how amazing that you went to UNC! I can't fault UNC alums for supportong their school, but I have to say you have excellent taste in allegiances and shades of blue. I loved everything about my four years at Duke...and my connections to it are why I'm still in NC instead of back in Seattle. We got married in the Chapel. Memories.... Big Smile
