1 boob is always warm, N E 1 else have this?

It also is the one that's the overacheiver.  it's also the more painful boob.

 Anyone else feel this?  Know why?

    I suppose having more milk ducts in that boob could make it warmer.

    But is it just the nipple that's painful or the breast itself? 

    Painful and warm sounds like it could be an infection.  Do you have a clogged duct or even mastitis?
