Stomach Flu

Hi!
Unfortunately, I've not been feeling well the past couple days.
My husband had some stomach flu-like symptoms, so we avoided contact, and slept in separate spots, but not enough separation I take it.
I've never had stomach flu as bad as this, on top of morning sickness.
I called my OB, and explained symptoms on Thursday, and they said as long as I don't go 24 hours not being able to hold down water/liquid, don't have bleeding, and no fever, I should be okay.
I never had fever or vaginal bleeding, but went about 20 hours before I could hold down water early yesterday morning.
My first appointment and ultrasound are scheduled for this Thursday, and I'm just so worried that something is wrong with how sick I've been.
I'm not even close to 100% now, but at least I'm conscious, and not in the bathroom.
Should I be worried?

Turns our having morning sickness with a twin pregnancy (surprise!!) along with the flu just doesn't feel good.
