    For me, the Perineal wash bottle is a must-have. Those first bathroom trips after giving birth can be rough and the peri bottle made it a little easier and less painful for me. Second would be maternity pads - one that's super absorbent but breathable to keep me comfortable. For any mums getting ready for postpartum, I’d suggest checking out the Hospital Bag Essentials from New Beginnings - it covers a lot of what you’ll need after childbirth.
