My prenatal yoga instructor recommended sleeping in my recliner and that does seem to help but it's driving me crazy! I hope it passes quickly in postpartum.
I think I caught myself snoring the other day, but it hasn't become a recurring issue. However, the insomnia is really setting in! My husband is getting me some sleeping pills after he gets off of work today lol I hate to take them, but I need sleep, especially since I have a cold right now 😭
leg swelling (and I mean my entire leg) has been my worst symptoms. The doctors don’t seem to be concerns and just tell me to elevate and drink lots of water. I’ve found staying off my feet is the only thing that helps. Anyone else dealing with swelling??
