  Yes! The anxiety is so real! Every tiny twinge or new feeling in my body gets put into a note that I use as a symptom tracker. If it’s super weird, I ask chat GPT which has been helping alleviate some worry (e.g. dry eyes?!). 

  
  

  I’ve started compiling a list of questions for the doc as well. It helps to write everything down so I don’t spiral daily! 

  
  

  I’m 6 weeks and change and the fact that we have to wait for 8 wks before seeing the OB feels crazy. Trying to keep going on with regular life, but I can’t focus on anything else.

  I’m 6w2d today. That feeling of fear about all of the things that *could* go wrong is REAL. I started doing some daily affirmations today and that have helped me a lot. 

  
  

  My body was made to do this. 

  My womb is a safe, nourishing, peaceful place for my baby to grow.

  I am 10wk 2 days and just have my first appointment on Friday and ultrasound
  I have been telling all my symptoms and totally understand the questioning everything. I finally told my mom and best friend so now I have someone to ask is this normal? Also it's ok to wait to tell people you are pregnant

  Im 11 weeks now and have been telling people. Im just so excited and the waiting for the ultrasound I feel is taking forever. We are going on Wednesday for ultrasound and genetic testing! So the wait is almost over. And I also have been keeping a list of questions ready togo hope my obgyn is ready 😆

  First pregnancy here due Feb 14 ❤️ 17 weeks and 2 days today and I came here to share (/slight brag) that today is the first full day I haven’t had any nausea, I didn’t have to take the nausea medicine I’ve been taking three times a day since week 8, and I got through the whole work day and dinner and a workout without a nap! Friends with kids have been telling me I will catch a second wind in the second trimester but I truly didn’t feel it or believe it until today. Hope you are all hanging in there and already well into the bliss of second tri!!!
