So I’m 5w1-2d and when I confirmed pregnancy (no ultrasound yet) I told my doctor I go to the gym and now I’m so afraid that I’ll do to much and something bad is going to happen. The doctor told me since I did it before pregnancy it should be fine and also that I just need to listen to my body, if it says to stop then stop etc. is anyone else still able to exercise and are you also riddled with anxiety about it?

I highly recommend "Yeah Baby!" By Jillian Michaels. She gives a lot of good workout and nutrition advice to keep pregnant moms active. Really reduced my anxiety.
