I bought a just like daddy onesie after our last MC and saved it to give to DH when we conceived again. I’m going to get a digital and wrap it in the onsie and give it to home tomorrow.
I'm the absolute worst at things like this, I can't keep a secret from that man for the life of me. I walked out of the bathroom with teary eyes and held out the test to him, telling him we did it.
I found out on NYE, hubby was already up and outside when I tested. He was outside working all day (we have a small farm), then it was the whirlwind of dinner and bedtime for our 2 little kids...by that point I figured eh, I'll just wait and tell him at midnight (if we don't fall asleep first lol). He poured some champagne, we watched the ball drop, told him "I'm pregnant" and handed him the glass back 😅
After 9 years of trying and a miscarriage we never thought it would happen. So I tested 2 days after my missed period saw a very faint line and walked out-of the bathroom handing it to him. He was in tears like me. We are trying not to get to excited!

Congratulations! I am sorry for your losses. I am kinda feeling the same. I’m afraid to get excited because we have had multiple losses. As if it’ll make it easier if I don’t get happy about this pregnancy.
It was the day after Christmas, we just got home not even 20 minutes ago. I went to the bathroom, tested, and saw two lines. I started yelling for him to come to the bathroom. We wanted to start a family we just didn’t know when it would begin.
I tested positive on New Year's Day. I handed him the test to look at since the lines were very light. I had a chemical previously, so we were cautiously excited till the lines got darker
We have 8M, 5F, and 2M, so I handed the 2 year old a note that said “Shhhh! Don’t tell the others, but I’m gonna be a big brother!” and had him hand it to DH. We will tell our kiddos around 12 weeks probably, because 1. They will be SO excited, and 2. I don’t think they’ll keep anything a secret…
I made this box for my partner and he absolutely loved it! We are gamers and his football team is Greenbay. I would call him "Daddio" all the time, so when this tumbler popped up on Amazon it seemed perfect!
Re: Telling your spouse?
Nothing too exciting lol
