Have been going through IVF for 4yrs now & this is my 2nd IVF pregnancy. Still so early as I only just got my positive but hopeful that this one will stick! I lost my 1st IVF baby at 25wks in April. So although I'm excited, I'm extremely nervous & anxious. We don't plan on telling anyone until 25wks. Happy to be here and meet everyone!
@emmaleekinsley I did IVF so lots of progesterone supplementation and as a result my nose has been stuffy for months! I finally caved and bought some breathe right nose strips for bedtime and they are doing wonders for my sleep quality!

First appt: tomorrow 11/18
Symptoms: I've felt great actually. 😅 A little moody but my hormones after my boy was messed up so the HCG is regulating me so far and I feel pretty good. My pregnancies were fairly well for my girls and my boy too although I was really ragey from hormones.

Symptoms so far: So tired, so nauseous, aversion to coffee, and very sore boobs. When I do want to eat, I crave a cheeseburger or potatoes.
Anything else you want to share: Excited for our last addition to our family. Even though our youngest is only two, we thought we were done having kids. We gave away all our baby stuff as he grew out of it, so it feels a little like starting over. It also makes me more inclined to find out if it’s a boy or girl (I didn’t find out early with my first three). But I also love surprises. I’m so torn. The good thing is that I’ve got time to decide.
Other kids/pets: Daughter 11, Son 9.5. A dachshund named Max (baby #3) A cat called Monty and my Angel baby 👼🏼 (miscarriaged in September)
First appointment: Not yet scheduled

Hey there, never had a personal experience with an endometrial polyp but I’m a family doctor and my understanding is that endometrial polyps can potentially affect fertility but do not increase your rate of miscarriage if pregnancy is achieved, hopefully this is some reassurance!
@knottiee3d95854206f5141 Hey there, never had a personal experience with an endometrial polyp but I’m a family doctor and my understanding is that endometrial polyps can potentially affect fertility but do not increase your rate of miscarriage if pregnancy is achieved, hopefully this is some reassurance!
Symptoms so far: mild nausea, fatigue, more bathroom breaks, more hunger
Anything else you want to share: I am 35 and did not expect to get pregnant so quickly on only our 2nd cycle trying. We are so grateful! Hubby and I haven’t shared the news with anyone yet and we plan to tell our immediate family at Christmas.
Symptoms So Far: It's been hard to tell honestly what things are pregnancy related or not! I have felt somewhat tired, sore boobs, stuffy nose, and heartburn, but I randomly experience all of those anyway.
Anything Else to Share: I really don't want to tell people in my life until at least after I get the confirmation at my first appointment, but with this being my first pregnancy it's really hard not having anyone to talk to about it! I'm on the old side (35) so I'm definitely nervous about what can go wrong.
@knottiee3d95854206f5141 It's understandable to feel worried about the impact of an endometrial polyp on your pregnancy, especially after experiencing a miscarriage. Many women have successfully carried pregnancies to term with polyps present, as these growths can vary in their effects. While it's always best to consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice, many factors contribute to a healthy pregnancy, and having a polyp doesn't necessarily mean complications will arise.
In the meantime, focusing on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and seeking emotional support can be beneficial during this time. If you have any further concerns or questions about managing your situation, please don't hesitate to reach out for guidance or support. Remember that you're not alone in this journey.
@haleypiper Congratulations on your exciting journey into motherhood! Along with Olly Prenatals, consider incorporating DHA supplements for brain development, vitamin D for bone health, and a good source of calcium if it’s not already in your prenatals. Staying hydrated and maintaining a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables is also crucial. While waiting to talk to your OB can feel long, these steps can help ensure you’re supporting both your health and your baby’s during this special time. If you have more questions or need further guidance, feel free to ask!
