ATTN: Knottie Usernames

Hi knotties! ๐Ÿ‘‹

So, The Knot has assigned you a forever long username that is unfortunately barely distinguishable from thousands of others ๐Ÿ˜ญย 

If you can take a moment to personalize your username, it will be WAY easier to recognize your posts, tag you in responses, and just generally get to know you! Hereโ€™s how.

From The Knot website:

  1. While logged in to your account on The Knot, go to Account Settings.
  2. Click on your current Username and type in your preferred username.
  3. Go to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
  4. If your new username is available, your changes will be saved.

From The Bump app:

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner. This will open up your account.
  2. Click on your Username (should be in the box right under your real life name). This will open to a page that says โ€œEdit Username.โ€ย 
  3. Click anywhere in the box where your username is to edit.ย 

You may need to log out and log in again for the changes to take effect. Feel free to add a comment below to test out your new username, or to troubleshoot!
