I know we have only done one so far, but how many would like to start doing a weekly Hump Day Bump Day? If people are interested, I can start one this week. Just let me know. Also if there are any other weekly discussions people are interested in, just let me know and I would be happy to start them each week. I know this has been brought up before but hasn't really started.
GTKY questions - Since we are getting into fall/spooky/holiday season for most of us, I figured we could have some questions centered around that. I will try to have alternate questions/wording for those that are not in the same season or who don't celebrate certain holidays.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about fall?
If it isn't fall for you, what is your favorite thing about this time of year where you are?
Or I believe the 2 that aren't in the US were originally from the US so you can also tell us what you miss or don't miss about the fall in the US if you would like?

How are you feeling?: My test shows that I'm also still anemic. So I have to up my iron supplement. I really need to remember to look for the molasses when I'm at the store. It's weird though because I feel like I have more and more energy lately. But that comes with it's own set of problems. I might be "pushing" myself too much because I have been getting more pains all over. My back is getting sore pretty quickly after doing certain things. And randomly I started to feel the beginning of a calf cramp but thankfully it didn't turn into a super painful one. It only happened when I stretched with my first so this was new to me.
@jaclyn-ak I had pain on one side by my ribs but it felt more like a pulled muscle or cramping then pressure. It was only on and off for about 30-45 minutes. I have been getting a lot of gas pain lately though. It's been lower down than that but it is possible that is what you are feeling.
GTKY: What is your favorite thing about fall? For me, fall kicks off the holiday season and all that comes with that. I don't get the weather like when I was in NJ so it doesn't always feel the same but just knowing that the celebrations are starting makes me feel good. Plus this is the time of year we have the most days off from work lol.
If it isn't fall for you, what is your favorite thing about this time of year where you are? Although we don't get the fall weather here in AZ (in fact all this week we are supposed to break the record highs ugh!), typically this is when it starts to cool off and we get the really nice temperatures. I know part of why I didn't have a lot of energy in the beginning of my pregnancy is because of the heat. It's already so draining when you're not pregnant.

How are you feeling?: Feeling excited to meet these babies! Overall physically good,I just get tired so easily. I've been measuring my bump just out of curiosity, and I believe my belly grew 2.5" this weekend! 😵💫 Crazy stuff
GTKY: What is your favorite thing about fall?
I love fall flavors! Soo excited for pumpkin bread, soups, baked sweet potatoes, etc.

How are you feeling?: my one achy hip when I sleep has evolved into both hips/glutes, and last night I woke up with my whole right leg aching! I’m keeping an eye out for blood clot signs and I don’t think it’s that, but it’s actually disrupting my sleep now. I probably haven’t been drinking enough water because I’ve been traveling for the past few days, but tonight I foam rolled a little bit, soooo wish me luck.
GTKY: What is your favorite thing about fall? EVERYTHING. The apples, the leaves, the smell of the air; today I had mulled cider and it was amazing.

How are you feeling?: the carpel tunnel is getting worse, really frustrating. Aside from wrapping my wrists at night my Dr just said to try soaking in warm water which seems meh. Also feeling really big, but as a plus size person struggling with do I just look huge or pregnant?

I do have to say, growing up in New england I was really spoiled by fall. The trees were just so beautiful and when I moved away from the area I was surprised that other places have such lack luster falls, hah.
In Tanzania, this time of year is often referred to as "jacaranda season" which is really quite beautiful so feels like a win here too.

How are you feeling?: I am feeling pretty good! My husband and I just got back from a roadtrip up to New England & Maine. It was TON of driving (for him). I am a passenger princess and damn fine co-pilot.
GTKY: What is your favorite thing about fall? I love being outside in the fall! The weather is perfect for a fire, hikes, camping, and cozy flannel. And I am a big fan of all the fall drinks - cider, PSL, hot teas, hot toddies...
Good luck! I hope they hire someone soon (and hope you can keep the extra pay just because 😊)

Team blue/pink/green: As you can probably tell, I'm not big on assigning colors for a sex, so I always say "boy". Our theme is more natural (white/cream/tan/brown/gray) colors + sage/eucalyptus for baby boy.
How are you feeling?: Overall pretty good! Although I'm starting to lose my appetite again unfortunately. Haven't skipped a beat or day for my vitamins though.
GTKY: What is your favorite thing about fall? Moving back to the continental US, I get to experience seasons again now. I'd say the more milder temps (not so hot!) and ability to layer clothes.

How are you feeling?: Overwhelmed! I feel like I can't get anything crossed off my to do lists at work, at home, for baby... Otherwise my sleep is getting worse, and I've been getting twinges of cramps in my calves. I'm trying to be more conscious of how much I'm sitting, and have purchased some compression socks. How are you supposed to put your feet up but also stay off your back??
GTKY: Halloween! Hubby and I are going to be avocado (me) toast (him). I also love all things pumpkin flavored 😋

How are you feeling?: Overall good but extremely emotional, more emotional than before which doesn’t seem possible. My feet have started to swell a bit which is unpleasant.
GTKY: What is your favorite thing about fall?
I love the cooler weather and time change which I know is weird but I love to end the day and go to bed early so I really enjoy it getting darker earlier!

If it isn't fall for you, what is your favorite thing about this time of year where you are?
It’s not my favorite time of year, but I can definitely appreciate the colors of the leaves, the cozy fall fashion, and the return of football season (and we get a LOT of rainy Sundays for football watching haha)
@fk18 I am hoping to start pelvic floor PT before the baby is here but still waiting on a call from the office to schedule. I worked with a pelvic floor PT a few years ago for an unrelated issue and it was the best PT experience. HIGHLY recommend to anyone!
