Woah you guys, these are looking like actual babies!!! I don't know when I'll have a scan next, but it'll be so awesome to go from the little blur I have now to seeing a little human in there! ❤️
My tech said that he can usually see if it’s a boy around then if it’s obvious but for girls it’s closer to 14 weeks. He wouldn’t confirm or deny my sneak peek results when I went for mine. I don’t think they want to give the wrong info.
Went in for my 12 week NT scanning today! So incredible to see the baby looking fully formed! It was jumping and couldn’t stay still, the technician had a hard time taking photos 🤣 genetics test negative thank goodness!!!
NT went well today! NIPT pending Measurements line up with 12 weeks 4 days, exactly on the same track as LMP, with EDD of 5/23. HR 141 Little bean was moving around a lot, putting their thumb in their mouth and kicking, but the coolest thing our ultrasonographer was able to show us was the 4 chambers of their heart!
We had our first ultrasound last week. The doctor thought we would be around 7-weeks, turns out we were 13 (now 14)! I never had a LMP because we conceived 3 weeks after an 11-week miscarriage, which I didn't even realize was possible. (S)he was doing all the flips, hiding from the camera. I was so relieved. Now I'm a nervous wreck again waiting for the NIPT results and the next appointment.
Anatomy scan at 17+6, measuring exactly on track and looking good. My other two kids I had an anterior placenta. This time it’s posterior and low near my cervix. No concerns though. Should resolve just fine. I’ll have another growth ultrasound in a month (due to advanced maternal age and hypothyroidism.)
My baby!!! Everything looks good & we confirmed she’s a girly. Thankfully it looks like her head is a little smaller than her brother’s 🤣. She’s breech right now but that should hopefully be fine since it’s still early. She’s measuring 15 oz and everything is about 21 weeks +/- a couple days.
Growth scan today. Using the placenta as a pillow. Lmao. I love it. 21+6, about one pound plus an ounce or two.
Yall I had to have two of these growth scans with the MFM and my insurance doesn’t cover much of them versus my regular ob. They tried to have me come back a third time because they couldn’t get a couple shots of his heart and I’m like, nope! Can’t do that. Please try again today because I can’t afford this. And they actually did, he’d moved enough to get the shots, and boom. A ton of money saved. Advocate for yourself ladies.
I'm so jealous how gorgeous all your sonograms are! All ours are almost entirely indiscernible, but she wasn't cooperating on the anatomy scan this week so maybe we'll finally get a good one when we scan again next month!
She was hiding her face behind her fists for most of the anatomy scan but all the belly jiggling from the tech persuaded her to move 😂 My little bug showing us her profile 🩷

Ultrasound today at 20 weeks 2 days! We have a very dramatic little guy who hated the ultrasound wand but loves to pose. Currently breech and measuring 14 oz.
We finally got a profile shot! It's not SUPER great, but I'm so happy with it. Apparently she likes to sleep with her hands up in front her face and her feet pulled up as close as possible too
I love this so much. He looks exactly like his brother here. Growth scan shows he’s doing fine. And also that he’s lying sideways which explains why my acid reflux has been slightly improved and also why I feel so incredibly stretched out. Good grief kid.
31 week growth scan. He’s looking great. No concerns around GD, which is usually: baby is too big, abdomen is disproportionately larger, or excess fluid. But none of those concerns present. Such a relief. He was about four pounds in the 64th percentile, head down, and sucking on his umbilical cord. I start weekly BPPs next week.
32 week profile pic! Growth is good and head down. Of course, a couple measurements were slightly off (one kidney a bit bigger, one long bone a bit shorter), doctor said he’s not worried but I have to do another scan at 36 weeks to check. Trying to not worry myself!
