Home testing before blood test?

New here. 32 with PCOS infertility. 2 years trying (one unmedicated).

We’ve just done another round of Clomid with a trigger. I’m due for my blood test tomorrow, but I’ve been home testing and am negative. I’m guessing this means I’m out for this round?

Curious to know everyone’s experiences and thoughts.

    Hi, stay positive. Home tests are not perfect :)

    Home pregnancy tests are generally reliable, but they might not always detect early pregnancies. Factors like test sensitivity and timing can influence results. However, a negative home test doesn't definitively mean you're out. Wait for the blood test results for a conclusive answer, as they are more accurate in detecting pregnancy.
