Home testing before blood test?

New here. 32 with PCOS infertility. 2 years trying (one unmedicated).

We’ve just done another round of Clomid with a trigger. I’m due for my blood test tomorrow, but I’ve been home testing and am negative. I’m guessing this means I’m out for this round?

Curious to know everyone’s experiences and thoughts.

  • Hi, stay positive. Home tests are not perfect :)

  • Home pregnancy tests are generally reliable, but they might not always detect early pregnancies. Factors like test sensitivity and timing can influence results. However, a negative home test doesn't definitively mean you're out. Wait for the blood test results for a conclusive answer, as they are more accurate in detecting pregnancy.
