@linzee326 my fiancé and I are in Vancouver and we also love being outside. Rock climbing, snowboarding, mountain biking etc. this is our first baby and we’re excited to meet other parents of similar age/hobbies. If you ever want to meet up I’d be happy to!
Hi all I’m Lindsey, I'm 33 & live right outside of Portland, Oregon.
Due date: May 17th!
How you found out: I took a pregnancy test a few days before my missed period because of my emotions feeling pretty heightened and sure enough it was positive!
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job?): I have one other little one, he just turned one in August. I had a really great pregnancy/labor/delivery with him and would love for this next time to be similar but so far the nausea has been far worse this time around! I have two pups, an Aussie and westie and I work as a registered nurse with pregnant women into postpartum.
Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?: I’ve been married to my husband for 10 years and we love to home, camp, backpack & run!
How are you feeling? (any symptoms, Emotionally):
I’m experiencing really bad nausea, sensitive to a lot of smells and some bloating.
@linzee326 my fiancé and I are in Vancouver and we also love being outside. Rock climbing, snowboarding, mountain biking etc. this is our first baby and we’re excited to meet other parents of similar age/hobbies. If you ever want to meet up I’d be happy to!
I just moved from Vancouver back to Oregon! Looks like the three of us are relatively close to each other!
How you found out: My husband and I have been TTC for about 18 months and were diagnoses with unexplained infertility. We did our first round of IUI on August 30th so I started testing a few days before my period and got a faint positive! I then kept testing twice a day all week because I was so nervous it couldn't be real but I'm finally accepting that it is!!
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I live in Washington with my husband, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. I'm a teacher and he works at a potato company.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? First symptoms was cramping and late-afternoon/evening nausea. I thought the cramping was my period but I was happily wrong. I'm so excited but incredibly nervous about something going wrong and trying not to get my hopes up or get too attached this early.
Found out: We've been trying since Feb and I was doing all the things to prep (we planned on waiting a few years after we got married, but have been wanting to for about 2 years, then finally got to a good place to start this year) so I was extremely optimistic and eager! Nothing happened and by July I gave up and leveld out (stopped tracking ovulation) just accepting that whatever happens is best. I missed my period, which isn't too crazy since it has fluctuated a few days before. Last Sunday I eventually convinced myself to just do a cheapie test to stop my mind from racing with possibilities... and it was positive! So I took a better test immediately got another positive!
About me: I'm 30 and my H is 29, we've been married for 8years. I was a Registered Nurse but we Farm full-time now. I have a Australian pup, and just about every Farm animal you can think of. I'm slightly crunchy so we grow our own organic produce and raise all our protein sources ourselves. When I can find time, I love reading and traveling.
Symptoms: In hindsight it makes sense why I had a random craving for McDonald's patties lol. I've had some mild uterine cramping, and slight fatigue at night. There has been some sleep disruption too for a couple of weeks. Emotionally I haven't noticed any changes (aside from the stress/pressure of sharing our news with all our families- who all live in another country)
How you found out: I wanted to test because I wanted to check if I was ovulating. I grabbed a pregnancy test instead of an ovulation test. Went to the doctor and they confirmed via urine and ran a blood test. Found out today it’s positive!
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I’m a Sex therapist for work. I have two dogs and an amazing spouse. As far as activities go, you can always find me shopping, going to trendy restaurants or hanging out with friends.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? I am extremely emotional, like mood swings everywhere. The only physical symptom I’m experiencing is sore breasts. Beyond that I don’t have any symptoms yet 😅
How you found out: My husband and I have been TTC for 4 months. My period was 2 days late, so I tested.
Tell us about yourself: No other children, but we do have two dogs (14 yo beagle and 7 mo bernedoodle/sheepadoodle). I’m 32 and my husband is 36. Located in Las Vegas.
How are you feeling: The first symptom I noticed was immediate stomach upset nearly every day. I’ve had a little nausea, but that may also be related to fatigue and stress from traveling recently.
Hi y’all! So excited to be on this journey with everyone!
Due date: 15 May
How you found out: I was due for my cycle but wasn’t having any of the usual PMS symptoms. Bought a pregnancy test and tested that evening. Was out of town for work so had to keep the secret to myself for 3 days til I could tell my hubby in person.
Tell us about yourself: First time mom working as a nurse practitioner. My husband and I have been married for a little over a year, TTC for the past few months. No pets yet but see a bernadoodle in our near future:)
How are you feeling? It still feels surreal. I think I’ll finally believe I’m pregnancy once we see the little person on ultrasound. Physically, definitely some fatigue and breasts feel tender.
Hi mammas!! I’m Sarah and we live in Central Florida.
Due date: May 12, 2024
How you found out: We’ve been TTC for over 2 years and we were on our last round of Letrozole before moving to IUI. I hadn’t ovulated once taking the meds so we had no hope, but I was having bad cramping 5 days after my missed period so I decided to take the test and got a positive!
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?): This will be our first. We have a boxer mix and 3 cats so my husbands enjoying extra litter box duty 😬 we like hiking and traveling and are already planning trips for when baby is here and able to travel.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)?: I’ve noticed a lot of cramping, exhaustion, and sore breasts.
Hi everyone! My name is Rachel 😊 I live in Texas with my husband!
Due date: May 7th ❤️
How you found out: My husband and I decided to start trying in August. I took a couple of ovulation tests and then my period never showed up 😂 I tested 6 days after my period was due and was positive!
My husband and I both work from home. We have a dog (golden retriever/German shepherd mix) and a cat. I love to read and my husband is a big gamer.
I’m having a hard time. Emotionally I feel pretty isolated since I’ve only told my husband and my best friend who lives in Chicago. I’m too scared to tell anyone else right now, so it’s just been tough. The nausea kicked up now that I’m 7 weeks and I’ve had a couple of vomiting episodes. I’m pretty tired all the time but when I take naps, I wake up suuuper nauseous and sometimes vomit so I’ve been afraid to nap lately. Definitely hoping the symptoms chill out in the second trimester!
Hi everyone, congratulations  My name is Fern, 22 expecting my first child with my husband. Not really feeling pregnant, get the occasional bout of nausea but just extremely tired and sore breasts. Emotionally feeling ok, still a let overwhelmed about being pregnant.
Due date: 3rd May 2024
How you found out: Felt off, just not myself. Very tired but hadn't missed my period, so I went to the store and got a test. Took it and left it. Came back and burst into tears when I saw the positive, couldn't believe it. Surprised him when he got home a few days later with the test. He was so happy, we are over the moon happy.
How you found out: breast were so painful about 3 weeks after my period and then a week later my period never showed up. Tested and faint positive. Continued to test (4 more times that week because I didn’t believe it)
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I’m 44, STM, my son is 8, we were one and done, but sometimes there are plans bigger than your own and you just have to trust it. Married 14 years. I’m a teacher and love running. Prior miscarriage (before my son) at 7 weeks; with son I was high risk due to age, placenta previa, preterm labor at 31 weeks, delivered at 39 weeks, I was in pelvic floor physical therapy for two years postpartum for pedundal nerve neuralgia.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? Still have tender, heavy breasts (not as bad as the initial onset) and digestive discomfort (mild nausea, gas, constipation, diarrhea, etc), and am tired ALL DAY!
I’m nervous, still in denial, no appointments scheduled until Oct 11 (9 weeks2 day), and feeling frustrated with the healthcare system. But I’m just going to trust everything is fine and roll with it!
How you found out: TTC after husband was diagnosed, treated, and healed from testicular seminoma removal in early June. First attempt was unsuccessful. I thought we had missed the opportunity again, and was expecting my period for September. Experienced mild cramping on day 28, but my period didn't start. First confirmed positive tests at 4wk, 3days. Constant heartburn/reflux, shortness of breath and discomfort/difficulty sleeping had all started.
Tell us about yourself: (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I am a structural analysis engineer working in the aerospace industry. My husband and I met and started dating in college and were married in Aug, 2016. Hard to believe we've been together for over 13 years now, and married for 7 years. We purchased our first home in Feb, 2020. For a short time we both worked from home together and raised two pandemic puppies in 2020-2021. Our two (now grown) large rescue dogs Scout and Finnley are a shared and very rewarding love in our lives. We've both always wanted children in our future. But we really like to take our time and feel prepared before heading into major milestones or new phases of life. His cancer diagnosis this year was absolutely terrifying and completely unexpected. It all happened extremely fast and it's still a little shocking that it happened to us. All things considered, he has had one of the best outcomes possible, is cancer-free, and fertility was not affected. This piece of our lives together makes it that much more incredible to me that we've officially started our family. I'm hoping everything goes well! I know I have a partner that I can navigate the joys and hardships with and I am confident that we are so ready for this!
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? Symptoms so far have been strong and consistent heartburn/reflux, especially at night, difficulty falling asleep especially after waking up in the middle of the night, shortness of breath especially noticeable during workouts, increased urination, possible some nausea and bloating, and I might be crazy, but I feel like my sense of smell is strong right now. I'm feeling pretty good, mostly normal but definitely pregnant! Looking forward to my first appointment in a couple of weeks and then I think we will start telling family!
How you found out: I was 4 days late so I took a test. My husband and I were only trying for 2 months so it came as a surprise. I’m Type One diabetic so I didn’t think it would happen so quickly!
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I’m 31 and my husband is 30. Dog Mama but FTM to human! I am a Pediatric ICU nurse and my husband is a firefighter. We work day and night shifts which will be hard for us to continue to do so when the baby comes. Looking to switch to a normal schedule.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? I’m worried because I’m high risk and have anxiety about something bad happening. I wish I could get an ultrasound ASAP but it seems like I have to wait until the 12 week mark. I’m tired and have sore boobs and feel bloated AF. No nausea or vomiting luckily and my mood is generally happy and excited :)
I took three separate at home pregnancy test to be absolutely sure. Had a hard time believing it since my husband and I just reached our 1 year of trying to conceive.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?)
I am a first time mom! I am super excited to be on this journey! Something interesting about me is that my husband and I bought a house and got married in the same week! I have two beautiful Dogters (dog + daughter) Harlow a Giant Schnoodle and Winnie a Soft Coat Wheaten Terrier.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? Yes! At 6 weeks I have sore breast, frequent restroom breaks, pregnancy fog, very tired, low back and hip pains, and I have a l hard time getting deep sleep. Despite all the wonderful things I’m going through I have a very positive mindset and I’m engorging myself in as much information as I can! I’m anxious to see my baby at my 8 week appointment!
If anyone has some advice on getting better sleep at night I would love to hear your suggestions!
How I found out: positive pregnancy test on sept 15!
Tell us about yourself: I live in Oregon (sounds like there’s a few of us!), I’ve been married to my husband for twelve years, I’m 37 years old and we have a ten year old son. We thought we were only going to just have one, but with our son getting older we both started to feel like maybe we weren’t quite ready to be finished with kids- I had my long-term iud removed in May, and I’m really surprised that I’m already pregnant, it’s hard to believe! I have a beloved parson russell terrier, and a really big cat
how I’m feeling: sore boobs, tired, and hungry. I’m also nervous about being ten years older than I was in my last pregnancy, but also really excited to be able to experience this again!

How you found out: It was our first cycle trying, and I was noticing pregnancy symptoms that I had experienced with my first pregnancy years ago, I thought I was in my head and going crazy so I took a test sept 9, got a faint positive! Took another test the next day and it was a very solid positive. I wasn’t sure what to expect with conception this time around because I got pregnant on the first cycle with my daughter, but this is almost 4 years later now and I had developed severe crohn’s in that intermediary time (been in remission for 5ish months now though) and had to drastically change my diet for my crohn’s to get it in remission (away from Weston a price style towards strict vegetarian) so I was bracing myself for it to potentially take longer based on those major life changes. Yay for pleasant surprises!!
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I live in Tennessee. My husband and I have an almost three year old daughter and 2 dogs. I’m a stay at home mom and my husband is a corporate accountant. I like to cook/bake, garden, and was a competitive golfer for 16 years and played golf in college so my husband and I like to play golf when schedules allow.
How are you feeling (any symptoms)? SO MANY symptoms it feels like. I feel like I’m noticing symptoms that showed up later in my first pregnancy at the very beginning of this one. I’m guessing that’s a second pregnancy kind of thing? Disrupted sleep, heightened sense of smell, food aversions and cravings, headaches, nausea, dry mouth/feeling very thirsty, falling asleep much earlier, pores/skin reacting different than normal, prone to crying/feeling hormonal, occasional carpal tunnel at the end of day, indigestion/reflux, back pain (if I don’t do my yoga), pulling aching sensations on bottom side of stomach, light cramps. I’m guessing those last two symptoms are stemming from the csection I had with my first daughter. Maybe scar tissue stretching?
(Emotionally)? Surprisingly good. I had a traumatic birth with my first daughter but thankfully it seems like it’s been totally resolved emotionally. I feel nervous about appointments and using an OB though. I did everything super crunchy/natural last time around (homebirth with midwife) but had an emergency transfer to the hospital while pushing, had to have an emergency c section and have been told csections are medically necessary for me going forward so It feels almost like it’s my first pregnancy again bc I don’t quite know what to expect from appointments with an OB instead of a midwife.
Made a little PNW moms group since there’s quite a few of us. Thought it might be fun to meet up. If you’re interested feel free to chat there and we can make plans!
Let's introduce ourselves here: Hi I am Lindsay I think I go here now.
Due date: we are still waiting to determine that but if I am able to safely carry baby I will deliver at 37 weeks as this will be a high risk pregnancy.
How you found out: period was late I truly did not think I was pregnant but decided to test trying to rule it out and got a big surprise.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I have been married for 7.5 years. We have 2 daughters 7 and 5 and our son is 2.5
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? Really really anxious. Since I don’t remember how to do a trigger warning I will leave it at that to make sure I don’t break any rules
I went through 3 years of infertility and 2 years of fertility treatments. We finally got a viable embryo which we transferred at the end of August! We had a blood test two weeks later
I'm a Children's Librarian! I have a 4yo cat named Nyxi. I'm really close to my younger siblings who are ecstatic to be an aunt and uncle.
I love going to musicals, reading (obvs), gaming, and spending time outside! My husband and I have been together since 2016 and married since 2019. We're big nerds!!!
Symptoms: FATIGUE. Nausea, diarrhea, breast pain, and smell sensitive.
Hello all. I decided to wait until my 8 week ultrasound to pop on and say hi. This will be my third kiddo, 4th pregnancy so I guess I’m less eager. Lmao.
I joined the bump for my A17 daughter and my A19 son, so hi M24!
I found out about three weeks pregnant because I felt like shit and took a Wondfo test and got a squinter. I was shocked, because we weren’t trying. Now, back in 2016 I would have been angry with present day me because I’d spent ten months TTC my first only to lose the baby, and never thought I’d be one of those people with a surprise baby.
Anyway, I’m thinking traveling on our cruise to Mexico messed up my cycle and that’s how it happened, but either way, H and I are getting adjusted to the idea but haven’t told our kids yet. I’m 35 he’s 34 so we weren’t sure if we wanted another.
EDD is 5/9 and my US was on Thursday and baby was measuring a few days ahead which is what my other two kids did also.
As an aside, CateM07 is a friend of mine from A17 and I’m devastated for her, that she lost hers and that she won’t be with this BMB any longer. But it is a testament to friendships made through BMBs lasting 7 years later. I’ve met two of my A17 friends in person and I’m supposed to meet one A19 in person this fall.
Currently a SAHM but planning to go back for a second master’s degree when this kid is at least a year old.
Feeling like absolute garbage with morning sickness and aversions to everything. Like everything.
How you found out: On my birthday, which was September 15! My husband brought home flowers and a test that he chased me around with because I hadn’t been feeling too hot for a couple days. I was in total denial because we were not trying at all; I finally gave in and took the test thinking I’d come back to it later in the day and it lit up so quickly, I didn’t even have a chance to put the stick down (:
Tell us about yourself - I’m Louise - I live in Boston and just turned 34. This is my second pregnancy. We have a 14 month old boy. My husband and I met in law school (both lawyers), got married in 2021, had a short stint living in Houston before moving back to MA this spring. We bought our first house in March and have an almost 3 year old Vizsla.
How are you feeling - I immediately had debilitating nausea which was consistent with my last pregnancy and have also been super sleepy.
How you found out: I had a ruptured ectopic on July 4th. My period never returned, I assumed my cycle had just not found it’s rhythm yet, randomly took a test just in case and BAM! Pregnant. I think I was around 6 weeks when we found out. We have our dating scan on Wednesday.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) we have a small farm and homeschool our children. We have 3 kiddos here (14,12, &7) and 3 in heaven waiting on us and hopefully this little bean in May will make 4 earthside. We have goats, rabbits, chickens, turkeys, ducks, dogs, and cats on the homestead.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? Sick, tired, heartburn, BLOATED, and gassy. Emotionally, I haven’t felt anything yet. Not fear not joy. Just “pregnant”. Hopefully after our scan Wednesday, I’ll be able to find my joy for this tiny one.
How You Found Out: missed my period by a day. Took a test to just give me a piece of mind…pregnant! Wasn’t expecting it at all. Had a really stressful year last year and this was interesting news to pop up.
Tell Us About Yourself: I’m 38. My son is 9. I’m a hair stylist and I also have MS which is definitely a factor that is on my mind too!
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally: I’m pretty good so far. Some light cramping. Mood swings. Tired. Having to pee a lot!
Due Date: : May 31, 2024, I will probably be going back and forth through the May Board and June Board
How I found out : I was a day late, thought I could be pregnant cause we did the deed during ovation with no protection. We were not trying, but were going to start trying later this year. Went to the DG to get a cheap $1 test, and well..here we are!
Tell us about yourself: This will be my 4th pregnancy, and I have 3 daughters 13,12 and 3. Husband works for the National Guard and is a chinnock pilot in the Army National Guard. I am a stay at home mom. No animals, as I'm allergic. Hoping for a boy this time!
How are you feeling: just tired and ache in the lower region. No morning sickness so far. Excited as this baby will be my first natural, homebirth. Had all other 3 in a hospital setting , induced at 39 weeks.
I'm 38 too. We were also not expecting this lol hope all goes well for us all.
How you found out: Husband and I decided we wouldn’t “try” but we wouldn’t prevent and just let fate take control. Well, it happened the first shot! I wasn’t tracking my ovulation, but my period tracking app told me my potential ovulation day. Since I knew *activities occurred* near that day I took an early detection test after two weeks and it was positive!
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I’m 28, husband is 30. This is our first baby aside from our 3 year old dog. I’m an executive assistant and my hobbies are mainly crafty in nature (cross stitching, cricut, scrapbooking, sewing)
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? I’ve had a little bit of mild cramping, have had quite low blood pressure which makes me feel lightheaded and now I’m dealing with aversions to pretty much all food. I’ve also been exhausted and breasts are achy. My emotions are also a bit of a roller coaster.
I’m grateful this community exists. I’m enjoying learning about everyone’s experiences and relating to different aspects of each.
My name is Jessica. I’m 28 and estimating that I’m due around May 27th. My first ultrasound is this Friday!
I found out I was pregnant after I missed my period for three days. I was in disbelief although it’s extremely rare for my period to be even an hour late. lol
This is my first pregnancy. My husband and I tried for two years without success. Throughout our process, I was diagnosed with endometriosis (I had one extraction surgery) and a luteal phase defect. We decided to stop trying and relocate to a new city. Surprise, a month later, this blessing happens!
Symptom wise, I had exhaustion before my missed period. This week I’ve had lingering nausea and my breasts are feeling huge. I’m hoping the morning sickness goes away! Emotionally, while I’m stoked and extremely happy, I’m mourning the changes in my lifestyle. I’ll miss mountain biking, snowboarding, jumping off cliffs, all the wild stuff during the next 9 months.
How you found out: we stopped preventing pregnancy in September, and found out the day before my son’s first birthday that I was pregnant again!
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I’m a STM in Connecticut. My husband and O have been married for a little over two years. I work (part time since having my son) as a research associate for a large research university. Hobbies (most of which I haven’t been able to get back to just yet) include knitting, crocheting, running, and all manner of DIY and crafts! We also love to travel and go on hikes whenever we can. Would love to have a vegetable garden but we get roughly 30 minutes of direct sunlight in our yard so that dream will have to wait until the next house 🥲
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? I feel nauseous and tired but still a thousand times better than in my first pregnancy, so I can’t complain! Still processing the fact that I'm pregnant… it’s a little more overwhelming this time around than before my son. Maybe because I actually know what im getting myself into lol
Due date: EDD is May 30, but I always go long so I’m expecting early to mid-June.
How you found out: I knew there was a chance I was pregnant so on a whim one morning about 2-3 days before my EMP I took a test and the line was clear as day.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I have 7 kids and have been a SAH, homeschooling mom for nearly 18 years. My oldest just graduated in the spring and my current youngest is 7. It feels so weird starting over again, but I trust God’s timing. I also blog at thisholychaos.com, but I haven’t written in a few years…trying to get my groove back after long and busy seasons of life ❤️
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? Hopeful but anxious. I miscarried earlier this year and for now I’m just praying that when I go for my US next week that everything is as it should be. Just want to see that little heartbeat and blood movement ❤️
Due date: Hi! I’m new here and this is my first post. My name is Sarah and my due date was predicted to be May 29th, which is the baby’s Aunts birthday and really close to my own birthday!
How you found out: I felt really sick and exhausted and began laying down for a nap every day after work. We had just come home from visiting his sister the weekend before so I thought I had just caught something from one of her kids.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) This will be my first baby and i have one giant orange cat. Me and my partner both like to read so we have hours long dates at Barnes and nobles. After our first appointment we went and picked out baby books together. I also like hiking and baking when I have the time for it. I’m currently taking classes for a degree in Geology.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? My symptoms before I even knew was I was so very hungry! I was eating way bigger portions than I normally would the week or so before I tested. I’ve also had some nausea that comes and goes and gets worse when I haven’t eaten. I’m also extremely tired and going to bed earlier and earlier.
How you found out: I suspected I was pregnant after my period was 5-6 days late. I’m usually super on schedule, but I had two negative pregnancy tests at 1 day late and 3 days late. I finally scheduled an appointment to go to urgent care for a better test, but decided to take one last test the night before. And I got a faint positive! The next day urgent care confirmed I was pregnant. My husband and I are shocked but so excited!
Tell us about yourself: My husband and I (25) have been married for 5 years, we’re young and wanted to wait to have kids to really get to make sure we had a solid relationship first. This year we just decided the time felt right and stopped preventing to see what would happen. We have 2 dogs, but this will be our first baby. We love to travel and work on our house together, and we are so excited to have a new little buddy to bring into the mix!
How are you feeling: I’m anxious for my first appointment. This is my first pregnancy and I am so nervous that something will be wrong, so I can’t wait to see baby for the first time and get confirmation that they’re ok! Starting around week 7 I’ve had really bad nausea, mild cramps, sore boobs, dizziness, and constipation that is making life difficult right now. Thankfully with my husbands support I’m making it through.
How you found out: I was a few days late and tested, but was fairly certain it was going to be positive.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?)
I’m 38. I work as a policy advisor. I joined TB with my oldest daughter (6 in December). DH and I also have a 3 year old daughter, she’ll be 4 in February. We are Dutch and live in a small city the Netherlands with our pet rabbit and a couple of fish.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)?
Tired (similar to my other two pregnancies) and a bit more nauseous. In general I feel good, emotionally stable, but because I’m tired I sometimes am not as patient with the girls as usual.
How you found out: Period did not come and my best friend (who is also pregnant) had a dream I was pregnant. It was a total shock to my husband and I, as we were not planning on trying for another 6+ Months.
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?) I am a district retail manager. I live in BC. My husband and I got married July 2022. We have a mini labradoodle.
How are you feeling (any symptoms, Emotionally)? first few weeks I was exhausted! And emotional! Then it moved to a couple weeks of on/off morning sickness. Now I am feeling much more human like. Just tired and sore boobs.
Re: Introductions!
Due date: May 21, 2024
How you found out: My husband and I have been TTC for about 18 months and were diagnoses with unexplained infertility.
Spouse/partner?)
I live in Washington with my husband, 2 dogs, and 2 cats.
EDD: 14 May 2024
Found out: We've been trying since Feb and I was doing all the things to prep (we planned on waiting a few years after we got married, but have been wanting to for about 2 years, then finally got to a good place to start this year) so I was extremely optimistic and eager!
Tell us about yourself:
No other children, but we do have two dogs (14 yo beagle and 7 mo bernedoodle/sheepadoodle). I’m 32 and my husband is 36. Located in Las Vegas.
How are you feeling:
The first symptom I noticed was immediate stomach upset nearly every day. I’ve had a little nausea, but that may also be related to fatigue and stress from traveling recently.
Spouse/partner?)
I’m 44, STM, my son is 8, we were one and done, but sometimes there are plans bigger than your own and you just have to trust it.
May 26th 2024
How you found out:
TTC after husband was diagnosed, treated, and healed from testicular seminoma removal in early June.
Spouse/partner?)
I am a structural analysis engineer working in the aerospace industry.
DD #2: May 2020
Baby #3: EDD May 2023; MC October 2022
Due date: May 9
How you found out:
I was 4 days late so I took a test. My husband and I were only trying for 2 months so it came as a surprise. I’m Type One diabetic so I didn’t think it would happen so quickly!
Tell us about yourself (Other children/pets? Job? Things you like to do? Spouse/partner?)
I’m 31 and my husband is 30.
How you found out:
Due date: EDD May 19
How you found out:
It was our first cycle trying, and I was noticing pregnancy symptoms that I had experienced with my first pregnancy years ago, I thought I was in my head and going crazy so I took a test sept 9, got a faint positive!
Spouse/partner?)
I live in Tennessee.
Agreed!
Spouse/partner?)
I have been married for 7.5 years. We have 2 daughters 7 and 5 and our son is 2.5
My due date is May 16th!
Due date: 5/25
Spouse/partner?)
I have 7 kids and have been a SAH, homeschooling mom for nearly 18 years.
Thankfully with my husbands support I’m making it through.

first few weeks I was exhausted! And emotional! Then it moved to a couple weeks of on/off morning sickness. Now I am feeling much more human like. Just tired and sore boobs.
