Officially have a permanent small baby pudge. 🙃😂
Which means next thing coming is the pregnancy stage where people can’t necessarily tell you’re pregnant or just a lil chubby 🥲🤣

i workout really hard 6 days a week, and just came from having abs and being at the fittest I’ve ever been in my life, to this. Ive cut back a tad weight wise mostly due to just exhaustion… so I’m sure all our staff friends are like 🤔 girl. What is you doinnn

Hedgepig, any bump yet? I think i had a pretty wild bump by 9 weeks, (well, for only being 9 wks)

@k_sims I feel like I’m already in the is she/isn’t she stage😂 saw my SILs and my younger brother this weekend and no one commented so it must not be as bad as I think.

Had a quiet weekend tackling house stuff that is easier to do kidless. Swapped out clothes in the boys’ dresser/closet because DS2 needed to size up. Cleaned their room, decluttered around the house and pulled out all our books for this school year. My husband and boys got back late last night from their fishing/crabbing weekend. They must have had a busy and exhausting weekend because the boys didn’t wake up until 8!

A million posts ago there was a recommendation for a mom specific workout program? Can someone please remind me? Before my BFP I tried to do at least a short yoga workout daily, but for the last several weeks I have felt so crummy and haven't been doing anything at all. Idk where to start!

H and I just got back from our 3rd wedding of the year and this one was in Kansas City, where it was 103 degrees (felt like 115) and was outside on a farm. PLUS the HVAC in our hotel room crapped out so it was over 80 in there.

We've been home (mid Atlantic where it's hot but not brutal) since last night and I think I may feel warm until fall at this point lol.

@farm_mama MommaStrong! It's so good, with so many options to fit your body! There's a Momma program, a Momma-to-Be and a New Momma program to fit where you are in your journey. Lots of modifications, great stretching programs, and "fix me" programs to help with areas of pain/discomfort etc. Also a supper supportive app/community.

@k_sims Well, I was at a party on Saturday and a stranger said "Looks like you got another one cooking there mama", so if that answers your question.... 🤣🤣🤣 My uterus isn't out of my pelvis yet, but I sure look pregnant!

It took exactly 2 days at school for the kids to bring home a cold 🫠 Not a bad one, it just figures 😅

We're out buying a new car to fit our big new family. Whyyyy does it have to take so long? It doesn't help that we had to drive 3 hours to get to the dealership with the car we wanted. Thank goodness my folks kept the kids for us 🙌

@farm_mama @kmw611 We survived, and came home with a new (to us) car! 6 hours of driving and 4 hours at the dealership and I am just about dead 😵‍💫🫠 We got a Subaru Ascent and I am happy with it so far! We love our Forester, I know it handles all the dirt roads and snow around here, and they have great safety, so I felt good about getting a Subaru. These new cars are so fancy with all their screens and drive assist features - I felt like I was driving a spaceship or something 😅 With the 3rd row up, the trunk isn't as big as I would like, and I know getting carseats will be a bit of a pain, but I am confident that we'll find a set up that will work for all 4. I'd have definitely considered a Toyota Sienna, but they're just too expensive and really hard to get around here (high demand I guess), so this was a good choice for us.

@hedgepig I see I was too late to talk you into the Sienna. They are super hard to get, we were on a wate list for 6 months for ours. Congrats on the Ascent! I'm sure it will be great.

@mrosek91 I really wanted one, but I needed it to have AWD, and they were either too hard to find, or too expensive. They all have manufacturers mark ups around here and long wait lists, and we just didn't have time to wait. It looks great though 😍 That said, we live 5 miles out a dirt/mountain road and get snow, so I am glad to have the better clearance that comes with the Subaru, even if we lose out with the storage capacity.
