I take megafood baby & me2 as my main prenatal, I also take Nordic naturals ultra omegas 2x capsules, as well as 2 viactive calcium and vitamin D chews in the morning after breakfast and at night before bed I take megafood magnesium 300mg.
When we were TTC my doctor recommended Perelel. They make a conception support pack which was great and apparently worked because I’m pregnant now. But they also make prenatal vitamins based on what trimester you’re in and what you might need more of at that stage. I love the first trimester pack I’m on now. Highly recommend.
My doctor told me most prenatals have very similar if not the same components. Unless your doctor tells you that you needed to specifically add more of a certain vitamin or component, if you find one that works for you, then stick with it.
