First ultrasound..no heartbeat BUT everything else is great

ello! So I went last Wednesday to my first ultrasound. According to all my tracking I would have been 7+3 days. They measured me at 6+3 days. The was a gestational sac, yolk sac and embryo as measuring perfectly fine. The only thing is there was no heartbeat. I go back for another ultrasound on Thursday. Anyone been through this and have a healthy baby?

    6 weeks is really early. It's possible they just couldn't see it because baby is so small at that point. Do you have any updates?
