    Rants / Raves:

Rant: the constant nausea is so discouraging. I hate being so limited.

Rave: I did manage to get a lot of my gardening prep done this weekend despite needing to take tons of breaks. I think I’ve got 54 tomato plants ready to go in the ground in couple weeks!

    Questions:

I haven’t had a baby is 7 years. Is it common practice now to find out the sex with the 10 week blood work?

First regular OB appointment and ultrasound are next Monday, the 27th. I've also been referred to MFM, so waiting to be contacted to schedule that...

    How are you feeling?
Better than last week by far. Mostly just constantly tired.

    Rants / Raves:
    I just want to sleep.

    Questions:
    Idk

GTKY: Who is your celebrity crush?
    Jason Momoa

@Kiek The NIPT testing has been offered to me during my 2 most recent pregnancies, but I had a normal nuchal translucency reading and didn't have any significant family history that compelled me to bother with it. (It wouldn't have been covered by my insurance I had at the time either.) They did say that the testing would let us know the gender early had we wanted to.

Interesting baby fact / Baby is the size of:
    Little baby blueberry

    Upcoming appointments:
First appt this Wednesday! Meep  :#

    How are you feeling?
Existential dread. Had a horrible weekend symptoms wise - neverending nausea, headaches, cramping, exhaustion. I'm so frustrated feeling this way because I just want to be functioning. I look forward to sleep more than ever because it's the only time I can get a break from feeling so miserable.

    Rants / Raves:
I cannot think of one thing that sounds appetizing to me right now. But I am feeling less bloated today, and I cleaned some of my house this weekend!

    Questions:
    Nope

GTKY: Who is your celebrity crush?
Male: Henry Cavill, Female: Elsa Pataky

@Kiek +1 to Sam Heughan!!!! <3  :D But he's way, way hotter as Jamie lol

    This will be #5

    Team Boy/Girl/Surprise:

After finding out with our first 4 we're going to let this be a surprise.

Interesting baby fact / Baby is the size of:

    A blueberry

    Upcoming appointments:

    3/30

    How are you feeling?

Sore boobs kicked in a couple of days ago. I'm feeling less nauseous but still can't eat a lot. I just don't have much of an appetite. Feeling super tired at this point.

    Rants / Raves:

Rants: I'm sick of worrying. I worry that this pregnancy isn't going to stick, I worry about the financial implications of having another little one, I worry about maternity leave, I worry about how my kiddos are going to react to another sibling. Oy. I'm obviously a serial worrier.

    Raves: I was productive yesterday.

    Questions:

    N/A

GTKY: Who is your celebrity crush?

Tom Hiddleston. 100%. There's nothing I wouldn't let that man do to me.

    Team Boy/Girl/Surprise:
    Team finding out.

Interesting baby fact / Baby is the size of:
Supposed to be the size of a sweet pea but it feels like it's 5x that size based on my cramps and my blump.

    Upcoming appointments:
First US on Wednesday (one of the perks of IVF monitoring, I get a lot of of extra attention during 1st tri)

    How are you feeling?
Pretty good, which I'm grateful for. I have a lot of symptoms but nothing very unpleasant.

    Rants / Raves:
Rant: My pants no longer fit so I'm living in my lulus and have already bought some maternity pants (which are the best thing ever). Looking forward to nicer weather so I can wear dresses.

    Questions:
This is a weird one... how much bigger should I expect my boobs to get?  I'm already barely fitting in my bras, but before I run out and buy new ones at what point does breast size "peak"? I'm living in sports bras and anything stretchy.

GTKY: Who is your celebrity crush?
Basically any of the Chris's - Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pratt, Chris Evans... (DH's name is also Chris, perhaps not by coincidence? lol). and I have a girl crush on Emma Stone.

@kiki047 my boobs are a hot mess when I’m pregnant 😂. I’m already a DD and then they are obnoxious by my third trimester. I live in sports bras after a while. And then, and THEN if you decide to breastfeed, they get even bigger 😂. And if your kid is like both of my children were and decides that only one breast produces acceptable milk, there will be one giant boob and one completely deflated boob 😂. Bras are such a struggle 😂
  • @Kiek that's what I was afraid of, lol, I'm also already a DD so while DH is thrilled by the sudden growth spurt , they're already out of control. *TW* I had bought some nursing bras the first time I was KU but we had a MC at 11w so they just got pushed to the back of the drawer. *end TW* They still fit so I can wear those but I don't actually think they'll fit if I get much bigger than this. So basically buy full coverage, stretchy things, got it.

    Questions:

GTKY: Who is your celebrity crush? I don't think I have one

@kiek I'd say 50/50. I know some people who have but a lot who don't. We probably will this time because i think it is covered being AMA but we never did any of my other 4, who were all born in the last 6 years.

  • Estimated Due Date / Weeks + Days: 4 weeks

    FTM/STM/STM+: 4TM

    Team Boy/Girl/Surprise: Surprise

Interesting baby fact / Baby is the size of:

    Upcoming appointments: End of April

How are you feeling? Still feeling shocked, physically I feel fine

Rants / Raves: I’ve been loving the warmer weather the last week or so.

    Questions:

GTKY: Who is your celebrity crush? I don’t really have one currently, but way back in the day, I loved Devin Sawa.

  • @kiki047 My boobs get ridiculously large. Pre-kids, I was a C/D, but during pregnancy, I end up somewhere in the triple D range.
  • Estimated Due Date / Weeks + Days:

    11/5. 7w2d

    FTM/STM/STM+:

    STM+. #3

    Team Boy/Girl/Surprise:

Team boy but will be ecstatic either way and we are finding out.

Interesting baby fact / Baby is the size of:

Baby is the size of a blueberry

    Upcoming appointments:

My first appointment is on 3/30 and I'm so excited!

    How are you feeling?

I'm exhausted and a little nauseous but not too bad.

    Rants / Raves:

Just wish I could sleep all day and night 😂

    Questions:

    None right now

GTKY: Who is your celebrity crush?

I don't really have one right now.

  • Estimated Due Date / Weeks + Days: EDD— 11/3 based on LMP, can’t wait for my appt next Friday so I can have an actual EDD.

    FTM/STM/STM+: 3rd time mama

Team Boy/Girl/Surprise: team I have to find out lol

Interesting baby fact / Baby is the size of: depending on the website— a jelly bean, blueberry, or raspberry. But nonetheless very tiny :)

Upcoming appointments: 3/31! I cannot wait!

How are you feeling? Allll the nausea allll day long. And so tired.

Rants / Raves: both of my kids got the stomach bug last week. My husband avoided it. I got it Saturday evening and all day Sunday. It is the worst having a bug while also dealing with morning sickness. It sucks not having the relief of feeling better after being sick, when I wake up nauseous every day 😭

    Questions: none atm

GTKY: Who is your celebrity crush? Lol this prompt makes me feel so old, because I don’t have one 😬 my husband is my crush 🥰 head over heels obsessed with him!

  • @kiki047 to answer your boob question…I was an A (possibly even AA) before I got pregnant with my first…I couldn’t even fit in a DD by 7m pregnant. Then after I gave birth they got even bigger. I’d highly recommend nursing bras on Amazon (no underwires). Comfy and will grow with you. I wore them the last couple months of my pregnancy too.

And in case you are wondering…after I stopped pumping, my boobs went back down to an A. Just with a LOT more skin…and a lot lower 😂 yay motherhood!
  • Due date: 11/3 - 7 weeks 6 days

    First time mom

Team find out as soon as I can!

Baby is only the size of a raspberry and yet is causing me so many issues, lol

First appt is just 1.5 weeks away now yayyy! April 3

I feel okay in the mornings but start feeling bad late morning all the way through the afternoon, evening, and night. Nauseous, headaches, insomnia like crazy, peeing every 45 min. I'm not having fun yet to say the least.

Rave: I'm a biologist and the avian protection program lead for a utility. Recently I helped to coordinate a rescue of an osprey trapped in fishing line on top of her nest and it got picked up by local news. Was a proud moment for me to see the positive coverage of the effort.

Obviously, I'm obsessed with Paul Rudd, Lizzo, Jennifer Garner, Chris Pratt, many many more. Lol I get crushes on celebrities pretty easily.
  • @jvbirdgirl - That's so cool about the osprey! Congratulations!

    Team Boy/Girl/Surprise: Will find out

Interesting baby fact / Baby is the size of: baby is the size of a dip switch

Upcoming appointments: in the process of switching doctors, hopefully I have an appointment soon!

How are you feeling? Anxious, nauseous occasionally but overall not feeling very pregnant yet hence the anxiety

Rants / Raves: My doctor who delivered my first two babies was amazing but unfortunately retired. I had my records sent to a new place but never ended up seeing them bc of Covid and their policies. Well I’ve been reading awful things about the new practice and then when I talked to them on the phone today I was not reassured at all hence the decision to switch doctors

    Questions: none

GTKY: Who is your celebrity crush? Orlando Bloom (same crush I’ve had since 7th grade 🤣)
