What spot treatments do you use for pregnancy acne?
I had a skincare routine that was finally clearing my face but then bam…pregnant and hormones taking vengeance
I do a mild cleanser in the day followed by ceramides, niaminicide/zinc and moisturizer and spf. Same cleanser at night with Paula’s choice SA liquid exfoliant
I used to use the pimple spot dots to help clear new pimples but I’m pretty sure retinol is a no no when pregnant so I’ve stayed away. My chin and forehead are like a teenager rn
