What habits, goals, resolutions, etc are you focusing on right now? Staying active and eating healthy so my recovery postpartum will be easier and hopefully I can lose the weight faster.
How's everything going? Any recent wins? It’s going. I have my days where I just don’t have the energy, but this will hopefully pass soon and I can have my energy and appetite back

What habits, goals, resolutions, etc are you focusing on right now? My mental health mostly. Trying to practice mindfulness and staying present. Will try to get back in working out and eating better in the second trimester. I'm in survival mode as well.
How's everything going? Any recent wins? Some days are better than others. I went down a Dr. Google rabbit hole today, which I know I should not do. I have a history of health anxiety that's significantly worse during pregnancy.
What has you motivated or struggling? I'm also struggling with first tri. I'm not as sick as I was last pregnancy so I remain grateful for that but it's still hard. Hope the next month brings some relief.
In January I said my goal was to get our wills done by March. We just met with the lawyer yesterday and it’s being drafted! Will be ready in 3-4 weeks for finalization. I feel so relieved it’s finally off my plate.
