DS climbs all over me, and though I try to limit it I still get an elbow or a knee in my uterus several times a day. Usually I don't really worry about it, because what are you going to do?, but days like today (when I feel bruised all over my stomah) I really worry about hurting the baby.
I know there's a lot of protection in there, but I'm a little freaked out. I have images of a squished baby. lol
Re: 1st tri question--bear with me
haha maybe you need to see the pic of aidan sitting on my belly with sawyer again lol
they are fine. i think him JUMPING on your belly would be rough. but thats really it.
I'm sure everything will be fine. My 30lb beagle took a few leaps at my tummy throughout the pregnancy and DD came out fully inflated. But it did hurt like crazy and we managed to get her under control.
I guess you need to do something so you're not sore. What about wrapping your belly in pillows?
This is making me think of the 1st tri post about pooping the baby out.
Hmmmm I don't think it's quite the same, lol. And yes--jumping is basically what I'm talking about. I will be sitting on the couch and DS will propel himself over me and sometimes he will land on my stomach. So....yeah, jumping on my uterus.
LOL, no it's not...but I think someone posted that a kid could jump on your belly and you still wouldn't poop the baby out. That was a funnnnnnnny thread.
well i mean i dont think its *ideal* lol
im paranoid about that too. i just try to brace myself for the "landing". i mean cmon - i went to the dr when i fell at 11weeks. <---- paranoid about that crap
Ahhh yes I remember that now! Thanks for the clarification.
I swear DS will come out with bumps and bruises. DD is always jumping, kicking, etc. We also bedshare which is very painful these days
