@seeds_of_joy you were right, mostly. I’m at the hospital being induced after PROM last night, and so far so good. We’re going to be here a while in relative comfort because they’re taking it slow with the pitocin, which I appreciate, so I figured I’d update while we rest and watch some football and let the contractions and the peanut ball do some work for me.
@fertile-turtle So excited for you! And so glad you are using the peanut ball! I was listening to the evidenced based birth podcast on it yesterday and one study showed that peanut balls help reduce the first stage of labor. Also happy to hear that they are starting you on a low dose of Pitocin too! Wishing you a smooth, safe, and successful delivery!
