SCH and lower heart rate

Hi!
We went in for a dating ultrasound yesterday. I thought I was almost eight weeks, but the baby was measuring at just six weeks instead. The heart rate was 106 (said it should be around 120) and they found a smallish SCH as well. We are going back in two weeks for a follow up ultrasound, but I’m having a hard time not spiraling about everything. Has anyone had this happen and had a positive outcome? My after-visit summary labeled it “inconclusive viability” because she had a difficult time getting the heart rate.

    Hopefully you ovulated late and aren't as far as you thought. I've heard of that happening, especially if your cycles aren't regular. I think the heartrate is typically lower like that at 6 weeks, so it could be normal. Did they do hcg test? The wait between scans is excruciating, I know. Hoping for the best for you!
